Excellent experience..... office staff very helpful during the first day orientation. Apartment cleanliness was outstanding. The surrounding small town community is peaceful, well-maintained and is noted for a very low crime rate. I have visited other apartment complexes in northwest Indiana and have concluded Creekside was the best option for apartment rental. I would recommend Creekside to friends. Nice apartments and well kept up exterior. Rules don't apply to all unfortunately. My husband asked if we could get our kids a pet. We were told no because we're not in a pet building, but other people in the building have pets. They don't even handle the situation. I still see people in my building with several pets in one unit. Very unfair for a business to behave in this manner. Time to move!!

I love living here. It's quiet and well-kept, the pool and gym is always clean. The grounds are kept nice, lobby is stocked with goodies and the staff is absolutely amazing. The front office crew is kind and accommodating, always quick to help with a smile. The maintenance staff is so efficient and quick, whenever there is a problem they come out same day, often within the same hour. I love the ample parking and clean halls, the pet-friendly environment is also a huge plus. Only wish is that there was a recycling program.

A little pricey but definitely worth the price. Everything is well maintained, the ladies in the office are very helpful, whenever I put in maintenance requests the problem is fixed quickly and if there is a delay the maintenance guy will stop me when he sees me and let me know what's going on. There is a pool and hot tub that aren't as busy as I thought they would be considering the amount of apartments here. They have a pool monitor sometimes to make sure there aren't any issues. There is a small gym, a small storage space on my floor that is only a little bit extra. The only issue I can think
