Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

Been trying to turn in an application with the fee and everything ALL week. Their office is always closed! I call the number they provide and tell me that they are open until 5 PM on weekdays and to wait by the office and someone will help me shortly. After sitting there waiting for 40 minutes at a time, no one shows up! I even took a day off work hoping to catch someone. Does anyone even work there?🙄

Please do not move in. We currently live here and they do not do a lot of the things they say or advertise. People are here for less then a month and move out almost as soon as they move in. Maintenance will come in with someone who is under 18 and no one else in the house. They hardly fix anything and break more than they fix. Cops will also not respond to calls, so don't bother calling them they will say "You have to contact Management." The apartment manager never responds to calls and selectively chooses who she likes. if you happen to be on her bad side she will give you a violation. This

My daughter lives out there and management is poor out there you can get a hold of anyone it's like its been abandoned. My daughter has a hole in the ceiling and washer and dryer hook up don't work and elect problems.Been calling for days and No one will answer . My daughter has a heart problem and if the mold starts I guess we will have to take it to the city.

I lived here with my girls for a month from Kentucky and the management was very poor. There were many children running wild, being unattended and cursing as well as being rude. My car was vandalized by a child that lived in the complex by a scrape mark being put on it, considering I had just purchased the car prior, it upset me. The worst part when confronting the parents is that, they were careless about their child actions and lots of people tried denying what had occurred or throwing it off on other people. I loved the apartment itself - everything worked properly as it should and was clean
