Be very careful. They're liars and very unprofessional. When backed in a corner, they will lie on you. Look elsewhere. I informed them that things begin to come missing out of my home. Who is going to admit that they possibly have thieves staffed. I've been accused of something inappropriate. When, they sent workers out that weren't trained. I tried to clean myself. Now, since I have complained. They tell United Healthcare that I wanted the aides to touch me inappropriately. I wanted the aides to clean me properly with my catheter. I have a lot of UTIs. Properly train your people.

This place was very disrespectful to my grandfather, they continuously sent the same aid even after my grandfather told them not too. A few of the aids were considered to be lazy and wouldn’t do there job properly. My grandfather is disabled and they told him because he didn’t get to the door fast enough that he was “refusing services” and forced him to be discharged of his aid services. This place is absolutely terrible.
