Services
Marion Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Marion, Illinois area for small and large animal care. Together with our sister clinics; Pet Wellness Center, Thompsonville Veterinary Clinic, and West Kentucky Emergency Services, we are proud to be part of a locally owned corporate entity, Greater Vision Veterinary Care.
Cats don't have to be afraid of visits to the vet. Kind and compassionate handling by the veterinary staff makes a big difference in their "cattitude" towards a check-up. Animals have good memories and their first vet visit is very important. At Marion Veterinary Clinic, we use the first vet visit to create positive memories and take our time getting your pet used to the veterinary exam.
You are usually the first one to notice outward signs of illness in your pet. Don't discount your observations because you are your pet's first line of defense against disease and pain. Illness starts on the inside and works its way out. By the time these signs are obvious, your animal may already be in pain, so don't second guess yourself.
By the time your dog or cat is showing you these signs, they may already have periodontal disease, which is caused by a build-up of plaque. This is causing them pain and putting them at risk for kidney, liver and heart disease. All pets need dental care as they age, but some breeds have more issues regardless of age because of genes and the shape of their mouths.
We are always accepting applications for new Marion Veterinary Clinic team members. Although we may not have an opening when you apply, we will keep your application on file for one year. You can fill out an application by visiting us at 11989 Rt. 37 Marion, IL. Enjoy making a visit to the vet a convenient and positive experience for the pet and their owner.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness
We used to go a veterinary clinic with only one vet. Always running late after a previous "emergency" and then talked to us really fast when it was our turn. So we moved to Marion veterinary clinic. Having multiple vets means they usually run on time. Every vet we have seen has been caring and thorough. Cooper is a happy doggy.
