We've lived here for two years and have loved it. Charlie was a pleasure to work with when we were signing the first lease. Alex and Jean are super helpful and responsive. All of our experiences with the management company have been positive and stress free. They seem laid back and accommodating. When the pandemic started, they bought gift cards to support local restaurants and businesses and gave them to the residents.

My Husband and I recently relocated back to Massachusetts and came across Corey 10 apartments during our extensive apartment search. After visiting Corey 10, we knew it was the right building for us. The building is new construction with nice appliances, modern finishes done in high quality, and has on-site parking with optional covered parking. The location is great with easy access to Main Street in Melrose, everything you need is within a 5-10 minute walk. The building management has been friendly, attentive, and explained everything necessary for a smooth relocation and move-in. We really happy

My boyfriend and I are beyond excited to be living in the Corey 10 apartments. We fell in love with the new, modern apartments combined with the coziness of a 40-unit building and the small town charm of Melrose. The apartments themselves are uniquely designed so that you can pick 1 of 10 layouts that matches your needs. The building location is extremely convenient – walking distance to fitness studios, the grocery, restaurants, Main St. Melrose, and the commuter rail stop. I commute via commuter rail and was shocked to find that the Wyoming Hill stop (a block away from the Corey 10 apartments

My family and I recently relocated to MA. We picked Melrose for the ideal balance between easy commute and quality of public schools and afordability. 10 Corey was love at first sight for me. I grew up with gas stoves and it is such a pain to clean that I would rather not use the stove at all than clean it. Corey comes fully equipped with electrical appliances so there is no need for gas ( yes, I hate gas stoves that much). The building is new and everything in the apartment is brand new as well. The garage was also a must for us because we don't want to spend the extra time cleaning the car from

The complex is still wrapping up construction but it looks great! Charlie on the mgmt team was welcoming and accommodating. He took the time to show us all of the floor plans which were extremely spacious. The quality of appliances and finishes were top notch (much higher quality than the apartment complex we currently live in). Two minute walk to the train and to downtown Melrose is a plus.
