I have been living here for about 6 years. Although I was sad to see Bailey leave(she was the best manager)Connor has stepped in and has proven to be the very best. He has been so helpful, kind and caring. I love living here and I feel safe. The maintenance team has been awesome. Anthony and Sergio are top shelf.

My wife and I have lived at The Washington's for over a year. The convenience to the T has been wonderful. I wanted to give 5 stars because of the maintenance team. Every now and then I've needed to put in a work order for a clogged sink or something like that and the response has always been quick and professional. Both Duffy and Sergio were wonderful when we moved across the hall from a 1 bed to a 2 bed. We ran into them in the hall and they were so kind and "let us know if you need anything." When I turned in the keys to the old place, Duffy again wanted to make sure the apartment was in perfect

My girlfriend and I recently moved in. So far, everything has been solid. The dimensions in our bedroom were a considerable amount smaller than listed on the website’s floor plan, which seems to include the “walk-through closet” as part of the square footage. If not, it’s just flat-out wrong. Room is still a good size despite this fact, but that was the only slight disappointment.
We had a minor issue with the bathroom on our first day, and the maintenance worker, Sergio, actually beat us back up to our room and was ready to fix it right away. So far, great responsiveness from the management

I Have lived at the Washingtons for 3 years. The apartments are great and so are the ammenities. I love being close to the T.
I want to give a shout out to Anthony in Maintenance. He is fantastic- I recently had an issue with my air conditioner. He listened to my concerns and was able to fix my issue quickly. Any Maintenance request I have ever had he has addressed and fixed within a day. Its hard to find good employees like Anthony. Thanks for making my life easier!!

When living there the actual apartment was very nice however there were many short comings. First we had random firealarms throughout the time Ive lived there due to a faulty system. Next that faulty system set off the sprinkler system damaging alot of my neighbors apartments. I had circumstances where mgmt entered my apartment without my permission when no real emergency occurred.

My boyfriend and I had been looking for apartments to rent and had felt pretty discouraged by the quality and price tag of units that were out there, before we found The Washingtons. Justin assisted us through the entire process by answering our questions, managing our last minutes changes, and accommodating us above and beyond expectation. Justin made the process of finding an apartment, and signing the lease the most fluid and stress-free experience I have had with moving (during COIVD mind you)! The facilities are clean, and the unit layouts are large and spacious. We are so excited to be centered

With the 24/7 gym (includes a pelaton bike), club room, dog park, grill/fire pit patio, roof deck and weekly events i really could not list any complaints about the included amenities. They work when you need them too. Another new plus is the Hello Alfred benefit. For FREE, this third party company will come wipe down your counters, tidy your place and change your sheets once

I've been living at The Washingtons for a few months and it has been a great experience overall. The moving process (which is always stressful) was made quite seamless by the building managers. The apartment was spotless and recently painted. I never ever hear my neighbors when I am at home (and with Covid I am at home quite a lot) and it is super useful that they have a valet trash service so they just pick your trash from your front door. Both the staff and the neighbors are super nice and kind, and I appreciate that it is a diverse community. The T is a 5 minute walk and the area overall is

The management of this community is horribly bad. My issue was trying to renew my lease for mid February 2018 with the manager "Bailey". I started my action around mid November 2017 and trying to get help but it was difficult to contact with the manager.
- Not working phone number.
- Not working community e-mail.
- Not working trouble reporting system.
Therefore, I have to come by the leasing office by myself and charge on my personal time off.
That was extremely exhausted for me to get the renewal document.
However, there are multiple mistake have been made on the document.
