I have completed two transactions with Lori and Lori, and to put it simply, I would never trust anyone else to handle any of my future real estate transactions.
They really are the best, and go well above and beyond the call of duty for their clients. In my last purchase, we ended up dealing with sellers that were a piece of work to put it nicely. Lori A. and I stuck with it, and we were able to complete the deal after extended delays on the part of the seller due to Lori's patience and hard work.
If you are either buying or selling a home, you need to have this team on your side!

WOW . . ya gotta feel sorry for the company that makes those 'FOR SALE' signs, you know the ones with the little box where you can get info on the house. Our house sold, for the asking price, before the sign got in the ground! . . . We purchased a home with the "Lori's" as the sellers agent. We bid 15K over the asking price but unfortunately for the seller it appraised at 28K under our offer, the seller ended up selling us the house for their asking price of $300K. During the entire time, we were insulated from the seller, unable to ask them any questions about issues with the house, like when was the last time pool filter was changed, drip and landscape irrigation timer questions, and all sorts of mysterious auto timing lighting issues.
