Michael offered superb service and was extremely thorough on a 7500sqft 1 acre property I was purchasing. This sort of home size and features required a professional expert (home/pool/pest inspection). I've bought and sold 5 homes in the last 10 years moving for work purposes so ive had my fair share of experiences with inspectors. Michael without a doubt was the most qualified and had a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of a home. He wasnt there to just look for tacky items to prove his worth.
