You folks are going to think I was paid by this firm, let me tell you I do not hand out many positive reviews. The facts: this service saved me over 10k. John found many issues, and the owners of the home did not believe John. To make a long story short, the Owners brought in a Structural Engineer to review the report. 100% of what John identified was verified and corrected. John was a true professional and was worth hiring him again.

It's rare I review companies, but John was THE most thorough inspector I have met. He went above and beyond what he was asked to do. The property we inspected was built it 1853, and John created a full comprehensive inspection report with photos, aerial shots, and descriptions. He also brought in a second inspector to assist for no additional cost. He gave us tips many inspectors would probably not bother giving as we walked the property. Aside from doing his job well, he was also a knowledgeable and nice person. I found my home inspector for all my properties going forward. Book him if you need

I first met John while he was inspecting the home I was selling. I was impressed with his honesty and thoroughness. So naturally I asked him to inspect the home I was interested in buying. If you are purchasing a home and need a home inspector, you need to use this company. My husband and I hired John to look at a historic home for us before purchasing. He was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond what we expected. He took his time to educate us on different things he found in the house and what we would need to do to get it fixed. His report was so in-depth and included pictures of everything he found (even aerial shots of the property and roof). Apro was awesome!!! The guy showed up ten minutes early. Most of the time these kinds of things are late. He took his time to go over everything in the house. He used his drone to take a look at the roof, which my kids loved. When he was done he sat down with us and we talked about everything he found. I was amazed at how much he recorded from the short time he was there. we received the report the next day and it was very detailed and it was easy to read. I will definitely be recommending them in the future

As an agent, I worked with John on multiple inspections. He is precise, he finds everything that needs to be found, and he takes the time to explain to his clients exactly what is going on. He does not make mountains out of molehills but if there is an issue, he will find it to protect the buyer and educate them. I like his eye for detail and how thorough he is.
