Every trip is a contract between the hiring party and the company being hired to provide safe and specific transportation services as required. Can they provide you with a certificate of insurance and what are the insurance liability limits?. I called Advantage Limo to try to secure service for my daughter and friends for their prom.
I was incredibly impressed at how accessible and responsive this company was. Brian did everything he could to help me but ultimately referred us to a different company that had availability on that day. I am beyond grateful for his willingness to help me find what we were looking for -even with another limo service! Thank you so much!

I recently booked a 24 passenger vehicle for a birthday party. Booking the vehicle was incredibly easy. I worked directly with Carla and she was very informative and accommodating. She set us up for a 4 hour brewery tour throughout the city of Buffalo. Larry arrived early to pick up the 20 people at my house, which allowed us to load the vehicle with snacks and beverages. Larry was fantastic. He was open to changing the itinerary and even suggested stopping at a restaurant/bar close to one of the breweries. Great suggestion because we ended up spending a majority of time there!

I rented a 28-person party bus this past weekend for my 30th birthday. It was exactly what I wanted and was an ideal 4-hour ride! The process of renting the bus seemed very daunting, especially needing it on a short 2-week notice during a very busy and holiday weekend. The customer service from the get-go was excellent. Carla, who took my call was so friendly and made the booking process painless and assisted me with completing my deposit over the phone. The night of the party, LeDelle our driver, was amazing, charismatic and kind. He made the night seamless by taking us where we wanted to go efficiently

I use Buffalo Limo several times throughout the year and they are fantastic! The receptionists are always extremely helpful. The cars are new, clean and comfy. The drivers are friendly and terrific. I usually book last minute and they're always accommodating. Buffalo Limo provides professional, reliable service that you can always count on.

Called to reserve a limo. They said that they would take my name and hold the spot for a day so that I could call back and put the down payment on it. I called the next day and they told me that they gave the limo to someone else. I asked them why they did that and the girl on the phone replied, "oh well sorry." What a joke. Don't use these guys.

I hired this company for a limousine service for a concert event that me and friends were attending. I researched several companies in the area before deciding on this one. The reason that I chose this company is because they had special pricing specifically for Darien lake concerts. When I called to make the reservation I spoke to Nick. I told him the day and event I wanted to service for asked me pick up time, address, asked for my information, and processed a required $200.00 fee to hold the reservation via credit card. He advised me the rest would be due at the time of pick up ($810.00 total

I had used Buffalo Limo for my sister and her best friend and was very disappointed to hear from them that one of their driver whose name was Frank was very unprofessional and made advancing comments to them. The guy was apparantly 3 times their age, and they were shocked at the unprofessionalism that goes on in this company.... I laughed at the matter but my sister and her friend didnt think it was funny, Glad she didnt tell my dad, he would of fired up a storm... Stay away from these guys... especially if you have a driver named Frank!!!!
