Proms and Homecomings are done in split packages. Split packages run in either 3, 4, or 5 hour splits. Times may be split one time. Planning your time is extremely important. You will need to know where the pickup before the dance is, where you would like to go for pictures, and where you would like to go after.
This limo service was so much better than I expected it to be. The limo was beautiful. The lights were cool and you could connect your phone through bluetooth to listen to your music. Also there was a tv and you could play whatever you wanted on it. Our driver was the best! When we got to the church and the back door was locked, he walked around to the front in the rain to go open the door.

We used Status Limo for our daughters wedding weekend. They were fantastic to work with. We had originally only planned on using them for the wedding on Saturday. However, the weather was starting to look iffy and we had a lot of out of towers staying downtown. So we ended up calling them the week of in a panic to see if we could possibly get some type of shuttle for Friday too. Cindy was amazing and took care of everything. I highly recommend Status Limousine. They did a fantastic job with providing transport on our wedding day. Cindy was so helpful when I initially called to book, with answering all of our questions, and confirming all the details a few days before the wedding. Our limo driver was Linwood and he was fantastic. He arrived earlier than scheduled, knew the best places for drop off and pick up, was so accommodating, and was very professional. Just like most companies nowadays... Great customer service until there's an issue. Was given a different car without being notified and without a working bluetooth system after specifically telling them that is what the birthday girl would appreciate most...getting to drive around with her friends, listening to their music. After inquiring about the wrong car and nonworking bluetooth system, I got an apology and "we'll look into it" and then of course, no response.

Due to Covid-19 I did not need a limousine for my May wedding and due to the restrictions the limousine company was closed. I called the office and asked for my $300.00 deposit to be refunded back to me and they told me they don't do refunds and I have 18 months to use the $300.00. After explaining to Cindy that I would never use a limousine she told me I could gift it to someone else and refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me he would only tell me the same thing. She was extremely rude and nasty!! Bad business - don't use this company!! I am planning on suing

I recently had my wedding and was very impressed with Status! They are the true definition of customer service!! I wish I could remember our drivers name because I want to express how truly amazing he was. Status was also very responsive through emails if I had any questions during the time they were closed due to the pandemic. I never felt forgotten about and they truly care about their customers. If a bonus star was an option Status Limousine would be deserving of this! Dan and I used Status Limousine for our wedding in 2018. They were professional from the moment I called and walked in to meet the nice owners. They let me look at their limo options and even go inside to check out the cool interior details!
We settled with the white Escalade SUV limousine and was extremely satisfied with this choice. The limo first picked the groom (my husband and always + 1 Dan) and the groomsmen at our house and dropped them off at the church. The limo did arrive a little early but was patient and professional

We used Status for a wine tasting trip. Everything about the experience was amazing. Lori in the office was so helpful and patient. The limo arrived early and our incredible driver Mike took our wine and put it on ice and loaded everything in while we waited for everyone to arrive. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helpful. He offered great suggestions on wineries and a place to stop for lunch. We are already thinking of booking a brewery tasting tour and will request him again. Thank you everyone at Status for such an amazing time!

We booked a limo for a family wedding to take the young children to the ceremony. It was their first experience for them in a limo, but we felt it was worth the money to give them a fun experience. The entire booking experience was great-everyone was very pleasant that we spoke with and it went smoothly, and they were great at changing any details/timing that came along. Status limo is awesome! They make the process very easy to book a limo, and they call you days before to confirm everything. Every time I had to call with a question, they were so kind, and helpful. Our driver, Ziggy--- was amazing! So friendly, and so much fun. If I could give him $1,000 tip I would. I definitely recommend this company for whatever event you need a limo for! :)

I was impressed with the limo driver we received for my wedding. He was courteous and really pleasant. Working with the office to book and pay was a breeze. My only issue was having to pay for a minimum of 3 hours when I actually only needed one, but I understand that August is a busy time for weddings in Buffalo and that was proven by the two other bridal parties taking pictures at our location. In retrospect that isn't a big deal and the day was perfect with the help of the friendly limo driver.

Exceptional service. Our driver- Ziggy (I believe) was so nice and accommodating. They even allowed us to reschedule our pick-up time FOUR times. (my husband and I had some discrepancies in what time things were starting :) ) they were funny about the misunderstanding. The limo was clean and fun. I definitely recommend this company.

Our driver's name was Dave and he was the best driver a group could ask for!
We had a group of 30 people for a party bus with Status Limousine for 6 hours to trek 4 wineries all throughout the Niagara Wine Trail. The price was affordable and the bus was excellent.
The party bus came with different party lights (strobe, etc), wine glasses, a large flat screen, and speakers to blow up your music!
You'd think that with a group of us crazy kids around, it would drive anyone insane. But Dave was very professional, drove very safely, and gave us great suggestions for wineries. I highly

Do not use this company. The driver ripped me off almost $200 in cash and ruined my mothers 50th birthday. The company only offered my mother 100 gift card i spent 250 in concert tickets he wouldnt let us extend time made my party leave @the 1130 i found out the concert ended @130 i closed my own door the driver said its was an extra $90 with tip for extra hr when we arrived to limo he asked for payment said it as 95 was to pay the boss i looked @the clock it was 1134 so he charged for 5the mins when he dropped us off he asked for tip who asks 4 tip im a 4 diamond lmt i would never ask a client

I don't know where to begin. The service my husband and I received while booking a limo for our wedding was exceptional with Status. We originally checked them out because our DJ (Premier Sound) was located in the same building and they were more then accommodating to tour us through a few of their options. When we called back a few months later they still honored the discounted rate that they had quoted us at the initial meeting. When we went in to book they once again brought us out to their fleet and we were able to pick the exact limo we wanted after testing out how easy it is to get in
