I changed the itinerary several times and also ordered a second limo for my Father and he helped with every change and sent me revised paperwork promptly. I surprised my daughter for her 16th birthday and rented a limo for her and 5 friends. They absolutely loved it ❤️ Cindy was their driver and I can't say enough great things about her, she was amazing!! They went to dinner in Buffalo, skating at Canalside and then to Milk & Tea before coming back home! Would highly recommend this company!

I had a Funeral to attend which is a very sad time whenever you have to bury a love one but fortunately for me I had a excellent chauffeur who actually was so good she cheered me up and lifted my spirits and the service I received turned out to be my Greatest Experience Of All Time !!! We booked a Sprinter Limo for a day at the wineries around Seneca Lake for my wife’s birthday. The Limo was beautiful and clean. John was our driver and he was very prompt and provided incredible service all day. He truly wanted to make sure we had a great day. The whole set up was very easy and they were very helpful esp with the setup of the wineries for our wine tour, being covid and all they took the time to call and make Sure each place was avail for the bus and having x amount of ppl enter the winery. I would def recommend 716 and for sure use them again!
