1.10.21 Ha. It was unclear if my screen protector or my phone screen was cracked. Took it right in to CSI, and Yamel was able to quickly determine that it was just my screen protector. Whew. Replaced in under a minute and even gave me advice about why phone could be charging slow. Thanks!

I have owned computers since 1996. This is the worst incompatent vendor in the industry. The manager is nothing more that a thug. The owner claims he is the best in orlando. They worked on my apple mac and laptop. I overpaid for mac hard drive. The laptop they had for 3 weeks with estimate of 3 days. They replaced hard drive with non apple hard drive and did not repair the noisy fan. Apple charges $125 for hard drive, CSI charged $319. I took laptop to Apple after owner said he could fix fan, but woulkd cost another $200. Apple completed diagnostic and the replaced hard drive was defective, camerta

Of course I looked my problem up online and everything said I had the "back screen of death" and it wasn't repairable.
I brought my laptop in here fearing the absolute worse and mentally preparing to purchase a new laptop. They called me 24 hours later and it was a simple repair! So simple they charged me nothing when they absolutely could have and I would of had no choice but to pay it.
These guys are the BEST. So professional and down to earth!

Twice they missed their own dates for me to pick up my ipad. Finally they told me they broke it. When I complained (in a calm, non physical way) this clerk called the police to report me for trespassing. That pretty much takes the cake for worst customer service. Dude, I just wanted my ipad fixed. LOL

Picked up my Custom Gaming PC last week, been streaming since then, I'm very impressed, so far this thing is amazing, I'm glad we spent the extra money to get the latest i7 8th gen CPU instead of the previous one, it's wroth every penny. These guys are amazing. Apple told me my MacBook needed a new logicboard (Motherboard) and it would cost me $695 and it takes at least 7 days to fix it. It didn't feel right to me so I wanted a 2nd opinion.
