He even helped me find ways to save money, which a lot of business owners don't do, so I really appreciated that and will recommend him to anyone who has laptop problems.

I Googled computer repair service evaluations and this company was highly touted by the first article I read. And rightfully so. While I am no computer expert, I have worked with them my entire (and lengthy) life, and I was overwhelmed with the efficiency and knowledge this gentleman offered. He provided near immediate service (90 minutes from my phone call) and had my system back in tip top shape in two hours (lots of registry issues). And I was delighted with the pricing ($150 including onsite access fees). I highly recommend this gentleman and shall use him again should the need arise.

On a Sunday evening I called around to several computer repair stores looking for a solution to power on a 2010 Toshiba Laptop to retrieve old pictures. Ron is awesome. After I brought my computer to Office Depot and they messed it up so badly that I lost everything that was stored in my computer. I called Ron he was able to fix my computer, how lucky was I to find him. He is a computer magician, I will never have anyone else but him fix my computer.
