Defined most simply, a buyer's representative (or buyer's agent) is an advocate for the buyer-not the seller-in a real estate transaction. I was in escrow with Midas Realty Group, Dawn Anderson was the realtor. The home sale didn't go through, but it was because of the home having significant issues we found out during the inspection of the home. She though was very professional, communicative and excellent with the documentation and other stuff. She was in constant touch with the listing realtors, and I would in a heart beat go with her again for any other homes I purchase or plan to sell in the future. Again, you won't regret using her as your realtor.

I met Dawn back in February 2018, she had a client who was interested in one of my properties. At that time I was involved in a minor legal issue with another realtor, Dawn went above and beyond to help me out. Her insight was extremely valuable. She explained how the realty system should work and what was legal versus what is not. She really helped me out with the issue. I think she could be a real estate attorney if she chose to. I ended up selling the property to her client, and Dawn made this transaction work very smoothly, even though the person purchasing the property was a difficult

Dawn is the most reliable and helpful realtor that I have come across in a number of years. She has very reasonable fees and I have never heard of another realtor group with a rebate like theirs. They have been there through every step of my homebuying process and I recommend them to all of my family and friends that are looking into getting involved with a new home.

My fiance and I have used Midas Realty Group a number of times. Once when I purchased my condo, and again when I sold the condo. We also used MIdas to list and sell his home and when we purchased the home that we are in now. It is a very no nonsense operation and all of our transactions came off without a glitch. Midas Realty Group was a blessing to my family!
My father in law had past very suddenly and we had to endure the probate process, which resulted in us having to sell his house. Dawn instantly came in and helped us. While everything about our situation was stressful, she made selling the house so easy. She was such a help and worked directly with our attorney because she knew we were already stressed.

Beware. The business owner subcontracts media companies that lie about property information and thinks she should not be held liable for their actions. Then says that her company did nothing wrong. Don't believe anything you read on thier website, facebook, or any other media site. The owner does not monitor the sites, therefore you just might be wasting you time and gas. Owners are always liable for their employees actions in my opinion.
