Services
The Mirage, Sahara & Oasis Units provide a homelike environment for residents with low acuity behavioral issues requiring the stability, structure, and safety of a secure living environment. Two distinct and separate units; our Mirage Unit is home to residents diagnosed with dementia with our Sahara unit providing a home for persons whose behaviors are associated with diagnoses other than dementia.
Ridgecrest Healthcare, is a full-service skilled nursing community, located in Phoenix that provides rehabilitation therapies, long-term nursing care, wound care, dementia care and behavioral care. This place takes good care of my mother, shes a Huntington patient there and can be extremely difficult to care for, the director Charles has personally helped my father out wuth every aspect of the aftercare. My mother has said that shes happy there and the food is good she has no complaints and i couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks to all the caregivers there who help take care of her.

Horrible place. My great grandmother was treated horribly while she was a resident. Even the EMT's made an official complaint against this place for the conditions they found my grandmother in when they went to provide her care and take her to the ER. Then the docs at the ER made complaints against this facility as well!

Excellent place that believes in caring from the heart. Our residents are are family and we are humbled to have the opportunity to care for them. Staff are friendly, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. Encanto Palms offers behavioral health services, private counseling, group therapy and much more. Stop by and visit and see the warm of love that leads each of us daily. Our recent Arizona Department of Health survey was deficiency free and our Medicaid inspection was 100% compliant. As someone who came to apply I was very shocked and surprised on the lack of organization and communication between the unit manager and whole rest of the company. I've have waisted a week and so much gas trying to get hired here. Day one I filled out my application and spoke with the unit managers breifly scheduled and interview for that following day. I show up and no one is there to have an interview with me. So I drop off all my certifications and documents and leave. The next day I come back down trying to talk to someone becasue calling no one picks up the receptionist will transfer but no

This place is horrible place to put your parents or family members trust me. The place is filthy a majority of the time, it smells like feces and urine all the time. They just mask the smell for a little while. In addition, the caretakers will do the minimal because they claim their understaffed. Ok well if your so understaffed stop accepting residents. I witnessed this first hand. I used to work in the kitchen as a dish washer their is so many roaches and flies and the cook caroline is unsanitary and smokes drugs in the kitchen freezer.
