I worked here for what would've been 4 months but due to the lack of respect given to employees by Management in the housekeeping department was very unprofessional... I loved my job in the beginning but after I got into an altercation with one of the other employees the manager made me feel like my feelings didn't matter and I'm very much a team player who also had my sister hired and was told by management that once all my work was finished I was able to help my sister in the memory care unit but once I did try to help her I got written up because another boss lied on me and said I was in that

This place is understaffed. It is a beautiful location but they don't have a social worker or coordinator to support families or the clients. In addition some of the staff members are rude and lack professionalism. ***Also, please see the previous reviews about the 2nd floor and the lack of attention to patients' needs.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Several months ago I was searching for a place for my mother and was contacted by the Palazzo. Due to the mask mandate at the time, and we REFUSE to wear the face diaper, we were unable to tour the facility. Fast forward to July 12th at 2:49pm I get a phone call from The Palazzo from Vickie whose stated to me that she was checking back to let me know that since the mask mandate had been lifted by Governor Ducey and we were no longer required to wear one and that she knew from our previous conversation that wearing one had been a big issue with me

My mom currently in the palazzo and I came visit her couple times for rehab. But really truly make me concern for my mom well being because there hardly any help for my mom. Some of the staff are super kind and professional but very hard to get help when they only have so much staff.
Update 05/06/2021 since my mom has been in the facility she has fallen 2 or 3 times now. Takes many hours just to have someone to help my mom out. I can't even visit my mom it's been more than two weeks and when I do get the time. I am not able to get into to see my mom because it's past my time..

My Mom became a new resident three days ago. While it's early going, her decision has been reinforced positively numerous times already. Palazzo's staff is caring, cheerful, well-trained, and anxious to assist.
Throughout the planning and due diligence we conducted prior to Mom signing-off on her choice of Palazzo we received clear and complete answers to our questions from staff and management. The meals we sampled randomly were outstanding. The employees we approached are friendly and took a sincere interest in assisting us and answering our questions.

Recently placed my mother here at The Palazzo. It was a difficult decision made easy by their friendly, professional staff who went over every detail of the process beforehand.
The Palazzo has experts in every department which helped with the process. My mom was from out of state and their social worker helped with switching insurance and gaining POA. Their administration department explained and placed my mom in the proper level of care. My mother has diet preferences which the dining services department talked to us about and accommodated. My mom refused to take her medications properly, that

My sister was at the Palazzo for almost a year at the skilled nursing dept. I will validate she had to wait almost an hour for a nurse to respond for a call light. They stopped therapy and When I tried to discuss it with the doctor.. He just yelled at me. She was neglected and abused and no one cares. The director doesn't care. She died there in JANUARY..I will acknowledge that they spent millions of dollars in remodeling, but not on second floor. Please do dilengence before placing your loved one there. Don't be fooled .

Beautiful facility. Terrible, and unsafe, care. Constantly rotating help that is minimally trained, if at all. There is a lack of attention and standard processes on both the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living floors. Call buttons go unanswered for up to an hour. "Medical/Nursing" support is among the worst I've seen. Slick marketing and carefully crafted public statements misrepresent the actual state of care, training, and even occupancy. My aunt almost died there twice but for our quick intervention. And still no changes have been made. AVOID!

I specialize in helping people find assisted living accommodations and I have worked in the senior healthcare industry for nearly 10 years. With extensive experience with skilled nursing/rehab communities, assisted living communities and memory care communities throughout the valley I have found that working with The Palazzo has been a wonderful experience. I have helped people find and move into The Palazzo and quite often, for various reasons, move out of The Palazzo and its always a very professional and yet welcoming experience for my clients and their families.

We spent Thanksgiving with my Mom at The Palazzo and we had a wonderful time!
Dinner was fabulous with lots of choices.
All of the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Mom has really transitioned at the Palazzo very quickly and easily.
They have done terrific renovations on the dining room and kitchen and all the common areas.
We could not be happier with The Palazzo.

This facility is absolutely gorgeous!! The staff are just as amazing!! So friendly and kind. They really work hard on doing the best for everyone that lives here! Definitely tour and see for yourself. Administrator is very involved and loves his staff (it shows in their attitude). The DON is a doll and one of the best! Thank you for all you do in healthcare! Not easy to find places like this!

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I think half the reviews are staged. I came to visit my mom, and once again she was sitting in urine. It was almost lunch time. She said she'd been ringing all morning. This review is the truth. I wouldn't bring my dog here. Instead of a remodel, they should spend their money on good staff.

The Palazzo is definitely becoming one of the best places in the valley not only to live but to work. The team of talent that has moved their careers to the Palazzo is investing & dedicating their knowledge and time to the growth of the campus. The VP of operations has assembled this group and they are moving full steam ahead; not only remodeling the whole campus to be the most innovative and sought after senior living housing in all levels of care but creating a culture of top employees that put resident care first. They know how to treat employees right so they employees take care of the

I have worked for the Palazzo (previously known as Chris Ridge) for 8 years. I have seen many changes through my years there but nothing compared to the changes the Palazzo has done. It is all positive and exciting not only for the residents but for the employees too. I'm so excited to be part of the team. The staff and residents all care about one another especially the V.P. Reviews are only valuable when they are honest... Let's talk. The Palazzo is the up and coming Premier Senior Community! The proof is in the commitment of the management staff. The renovations, improvements and TLC towards staff and residents are always in the forefront. The VP, Jack is dynamic and compassionate. Past reviewers made negative comments, even calling him racist... this is so far from the truth! Behind these sad comments are stories of disgruntled employees or angry vendors. I see first hand every day, the sweat equity the staff pours into creating a haven for residents at The

My mother stayed at this facility Nov 2014 and they did not take care of her nor did they watch her fluid or food intake before giving her pain med. The worse part is they continued to give her laxatives through the day along with morphine. She become non responsive and dehydrated where she was admitted to the hospital. Once there they discovered she also had a UTI that went untreated.... Maybe a nice facility but I wouldn't send my worse enemy there to stay!!

My daughter was sent to Chris Ridge Rehab. by Maricopa integrated health care hospital at 9:30pm 12 April for rehab. recovering from liver disease. We removed her at 11:30 pm same day. Conditions and staff are deplorable and too numerous and grotesque to itemize! I feel so bad for the patients that have to endure the treatment they are receiving. This place needs to be investigated by federal, state and local authorities immediately!!!! Please do not admit your loved one here under any circumstances!

My dad is schedule to be here for three months!! I would not be able to handle this place!
SUCKS! they have to share a room! No privacy, only a curtain to divide the roommates!
They actually still have a regular tube television! Roommates have to compete on the volume. Staff, needs more training! I understand every staff members need to have their badges on at all time, but you do not have to reprimand them in front of people. Take them in your office! I would like to see my dad transfer somewhere else!
