Put the correct materials in the correct cart. Garbage, yard debris, and recycling are collected in different trucks and taken to different places for processing. Don't contaminate yard debris or recycling by putting garbage in them. If you have occasional extra garbage, call us for service options.
If the wrong material is found in the wrong cart, additional fees will apply. Place the carts and bin within 3 feet of the curb or roadside on the night before your collection day. Lids must be closed and fronts should face the street. Arrange the carts and bin with at least 1 foot between them so the truck hydraulic arms can safely empty the carts.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value
They NEVER answer their phones and you can call countless times and they don’t call back either. I don’t know how they can run a business when they never communicate with their customers or future customers. It’s like a ghost business. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
Services: General junk removal, House/garage cleanout, Garden waste removal

The guys who operate the garbage trucks are great, the office, particularly the bookkeeping is not.
Was behind, brought my account up-to-date, and evidently they did not post my payment in a timely manner. And they picked up my cans, and continued to bill me for service that I was not receiving.
I waited three months for a corrected bill, but it never happened. I sent a letter requesting an updated statement, and did not receive it. Finally, I just paid the last month of service. Done!
Now, a year from the time they picked up my cans, I have a notification from a bill collector that I still

No one is ever there to answer the phone. If you add recycling to your service they often forget your can until you call and remind them 57 times. Same with upgrading to a bigger trash can. It's a service we pay for. So maybe hire more people to answer our calls, or hire someone who will organize everything so nothing slips through the cracks.

This is the worst garbage service! They are inconsistent with pick-ups. The driver dumped my whole container of glass recycling in the street, looked at it and then just drove away. I live right next to an elementary school and the kids had to walk through this to get to school until my husband could clean it up. When I called the office the couldn't have cared less about customer service. I think they should be given a ticket for littering!

My father is disabled and has been living at the same home (and paying Clackamas Garbage) since 1972. Recently the lid disappeared off of his garbage can which means it probably fell off in their truck when they dumped the trash. I called them before the next pickup day so the could repair or drop off a new one. They said I'd get a callback, nope. Garbage day comes, no new lid. The next day called again, no callback. Then again, no callback. Today I called again and the lady said that they would take care of it today. I asked her why they didn't callback to let us know what's going on. No response

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, and what's worse is that your stuck with them. I'm seriously considering canceling my service with company and just collecting my garbage and taking to the dump myself instead. The service is unreliable, not at all convienent to pay your bill, they never answer the phone and when they do the girl is rude and condescending. The truck missed picking up my can and I got charged $10 buck for them to come around the corner to pick it up ( I'm a 3 min walk away ).

I never write reviews ... BUT
They pick up the garbage. But that's about it. Service from the office is subpar and accounting/billing is outdated and inflexible. At one point I had a credit because I was so worried about their unreliable billing ... and they sent me nasty notes about not sending any more money and started returning my checks. What business get's mad at you for overpaying? SERIOUSLY! Recommend this company move to the current century in billing and accounting practices. It's unfortunate, especially since we don't have alternatives. Sometimes competition is a good thing and this
