A family that loves the outdoors, staying healthy, and their time together. Three important elements that Christin Homes took into consideration when designing and building this family's Lowell home. After speaking with Chad at Christin Homes, the home owner states that we never looked elsewhere once we spoke with Chad.
In late 2015 we were approached to renovate a cottage on Baptist Lake. With a tight budget and high expectations, the newly renovated home would be a modern beach house, complete with a California vibe, clean and straight lines, horizontal wainscoting, black painted windows, custom carpentry and just enough rustic.
Imagine living on top of an ancient sand dune, listening to the crystal clear waters of Lake Michigan while you work or sleep. This craftsman-style cottage is a two story, four bedroom home complete with a finished basement. What better way to check out your surroundings than your choice of two screened-in porches?
