Harbor Family Optometry

I never write reviews but I love this family optometry so much I had to. I have been coming for years and Dr. D is so awesome. I have gotten glasses, lenses changed, and eye contacts through them. I don't trust anybody else!
Everyone here deserves all the good Karma there is.

I had a great experience here. My children were new patients and we felt very welcomed when I first booked the appointment, walking in the door, and to the end of our appointment. We saw the male doctor, can’t remember his name but he was very nice, and took time explaining everything. Once they’re exam was completed we were helped by Sonia, who was able to place our order for glasses and took the time helping find the right fit for my boys. We appreciated our service from the initial point of contact and til of our visit, and picking up the glasses. Thank you Sonia for your help.

They have the worst customer service. The girl who works there is very unprofessional, rude, and has the worst customer skills ever. I have been coming to this place for over 20 years, but I am definitely changing to a different place where I feel welcomed and not talked down to. Last year my contacts order didn't arrive til two months later. This year I've been waiting weeks and I called and she says they didn't order them because I didn't go for a follow up. Really? I have been wearing contacts forever, I didn't even get a new pair when I went for an eye exam. Obviously she got the wrong person
