I had a great time at this office! I was a new glasses wearer and wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't had an eye exam since childhood. The staff was really kind and explained everything they were doing and walked me through the whole process. Special shout out to Dr. Chi, he was really patient and answered my million questions and even presented the option of contact lenses for me. The staff was super helpful in helping me choose some frames that suited me but weren't too pushy to make the sale. I just picked them up yesterday and I could not be happier! I will definitely be coming back here

Will never go back! When I entered the office after being told that it’s too full of people and to wait outside even though I had an appointment I smelled and could feel Lysol in the air. It hurt my lungs! In the back room it want as bad but after my appointment I was guided to the front again to order glasses. Here I witnessed the receptionist spraying behind everyone as they were walking out the door! Again I could not breath! Instead of sitting there waiting I paid my copay and left! I called the manager when I got home and she said she didn’t like it when they sprayed the Lysol either.

I've been going to Dr. Cooperman for many years and he's taken excellent care of my eyes! My husband and a close friend are also happy patients of his. Dr. Cooperman has kept up with new technology that keeps improving detection of problems, and I am confident that Dr. Cooperman, using the many years of tests and views of my eyes, as well as his extensive knowledge, would identify the smallest change, catching any potential problem early on. I happily recommend him to anyone looking for a really good optometrist!

Dr. Cooperman and staff have been taking care of my family for almost 20 years. We all need glasses and/or contacts and our vision changes have been well documented and accommodated. I personally experienced a stress related inflammation in my left eye (excruciating pain) and Dr. Cooperman fit me in immediately when I was unable to secure an appointment with an ophthalmologist. He knew exactly what to do and saved me more unbearable pain waiting to see the ophthalmologist. I trust him and his staff fully. You will not find a more thorough, caring, and trustworthy office elsewhere.

Dr. Cooperman and staff are wonderful. I have a very strong prescription, and the assistance with choosing a proper eye glass frame to compliment such a strong prescription was extremely helpful. In addition.... as I have had occasions where I have lost my contacts and needed a replacement ASAP. Dr. Copperman and Staff were able to pull off minor miracles to get me corrected vision again. Once with a Holiday Weekend coming up, another time with only 2 days notice of my needs, I was in the exam chair with a new contact. I have worn contacts for 39 years. This is the best experience to date. Thanks

I've seen Dr. Cooperman for many years, and he is very through with a knowledgeable and professional staff. For years, he tweaked my contacts prescription to get the best results for sports vision. My wife recently switched to Dr. Cooperman and was amazed at his thoroughness in contrast to her previous Doctor. Highly recommend.
