Neglectful, Lazy, Liars! I rated them on their Facebook page and they Removed the Rating. Over a three week period they allowed patient to Fall Out of his Bed... Twice! We asked for bedrails. They refuse. Staff took the adjustable bed remote off the patient and told him not to "play with it". Patient called us from his cell phone saying he needed assistance. We called facility. No answer for two straight hours! Prior to the facility Losing TWO Sets of hearing aids, we had to repeatedly beg them to put the hearing aids in. Then they habitually allowed the hearing aid batteries to die.

I have worked at Trillium for over 4 years. The home office staff are super supportive and a joy to work with. The management team promotes open communication, and truly listens to their staff. Trillium encourages both personal and professional growth for their employees. I am excited to see what the future holds for us!

Trillium is running premier estates in Nebraska. They still have three on their website but fail to tell everybody they are closing the facilities. My dad lives there, we were given a 60 day notice that we needed to find a new facility. I just got off the phone stating I have until July fifth and they “would like him out”. They also stated he could be forced two to almost seven hours away from me (only family he has in the state). If you are considering moving your family into ANY of trillium run facilities, reconsider. Profit margin matters more than people.
