The dr himself was a great experience overall. But when it came to my glasses being filled, I was told 2-3weeks the day I placed the order. I didn’t receive them until 4 weeks later and that’s because I had to call TWICE to get an update myself. When they finally arrived, she literally handed them to me outside through the front door without asking me to come in to get them fitted. Was told to call IF there was an issue. Will NOT be returning and DO NOT recommend.

I will write this review upon my Family experience in this Dr.'s office. I will start by stating that my teenage son went over and did his eye exam, at that point he did need some new eye wear which We gave the Business to this Dr. He purchased some 800-900 Dollar Gucci and not even a week with them a part started to come apart. It's been over a week since we took them back and still haven't received them for that amount of money you don't expect for this to happen. But this Dr. Does Not Much for you to resolve the problem, Especially when My Son has been without Glasses for a long period of time

I have been going to Dr. Olivarez for a few years now. When I began having some issues, I sincerely appreciated how thoroughly he evaluated the possibilities and worked to rule out possible serious diseases of the eye. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I would never trust something as valuable to my eyes to just anyone. I do trust them to him.

Very bad service I have been going to this eye doctor since I was 16 and lately their service is terrible it's been 2 months since they were supposed to order me a contact and they have yet to place the order and when I call they just give me the run around never being helpful whatsoever I highly recommend you don't go here
