I went to pick up my glasses on Friday I was excited to get them I used them last year they where great.Today I went to pick up glasses and they didn’t have transitionlens that I paid extra for the receptionist told me no you didn’t pay for that I tried explain I did finally she checked and I was correct she had called me a liar I said I would like speak to the Dr she wouldn’t let me but said no refund but then said just give me your card there your money will be on your card as I was leaving she said Don’t Come Back.Wow I am good n complete shock.Dont worry I won’t ever come back.But

Very bad service!!! Do not recommend!! They do not help you and pressure you to choose anything even thought the glasses do not fit. And the lady that works there has the nerve to say you chose them I know about glasses as much as You do, I have only been working here like a year... please to do go to this clinic you will regret it! Very very unprofessional and do not care about selling you the proper glasses you need!

If I could rate them zero stars i would. They are unprofessional and rude. The lady had the nerve to tell my mom she couldn't afford the coach glasses. now this is after she arrived 45 minutes early for her appointment and still didn't get seen until 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I don't recommend this place to anyone. How rude.

I went there last Friday and asking for the price of my glass... the lady there unprofessional, she doesn’t know anything and Tell me waiting for a guy come back then will do the price. ... I did see the way they doing to check up your eyes. They treated customers like a fish market by just hurrying to get the prescription and don’t care that you do have a good and right prescription

Very poor service, untrained office people
When I ordered my glasses, I gave them the prescription, and was explicit what I wanted eg: 35mm wide tri-focal, poly hardened, non glare. We settled on the price for the glasses and frames. When the glasses came in they were NOT non glare. I was told that they could make them non glare, it would take about 2 weeks, and it would cost me an extra $40-$50. Non glare is especially important for night driving to reduce glare from oncoming headlights, and street lights. I told the young lady at the counter (the only one there) that the glasses were not acceptable
