I’ve worn glasses my whole life but I finally decided to try contacts. I was pretty nervous for some reason but the staff was amazing, especially the woman who trained me on how to put in the lenses (Linda). I had an appointment but still had to wait for a bit which usually would irritate me but since it was a Saturday, I didn’t mind. Most places aren’t even open on the weekends.

I always like the staff and doctors at the Hurst location. If there are any delays, they let me know. If something happens with the machine and a test has to be done again, they aren’t overly apologetic but also aren’t lackadaisical about informing me that I may have to do a test over again. I work in healthcare so I understand that things go wrong. Keep up the good work!
