Came in a few times and every time perla was amazing very welcoming treated you like family seems as the other staff had her running around like crazy seemed to be the only one working. In the midst of everything she assisted me in a timely manner spent less than 30 minutes i left very satisfied definitely would recommend Cloverdale.

Just so so after over 10 yrs. Staff is just not refined when helping with glasses or progressive lens. I’ve purchased at least 6 pairs and sunglasses from this place. They are expensive and are so over stated when they adjust your glasses that they are not responsible for any issues that occur from their adjustments. After 15 yrs of wearing glasses and having techs adjust them I’ve never had any of my glasses broken or ruined.

Great service! First time coming to this optometry.
I decided to come here with my mom to get me a new pair of glasses as I'm graduating high school. We found this clinic from our insurance (VSP). First glance, it seems like a typical family optometry with friendly receptionist. Although there was a problem in confirming the insurance due to my father's name issue (we just needed to include a hyphen between his first name), they were really professional in solving the issue and described our insurance coverage (co-pays info) in details.
Everything is transparent, from the prices of glasses to

The staff here is amazing, but the optometrist does not have patience. I took in both of my sons and may I remind u that this us their first eye exam so they do not know what to expect. Everything was fine until my 5 year olds turn. The older one thought it was cute that he was naming the shapes his own way so he wanted to be included in the fun, but the optometrist turned around and threatened to kick my son to the waiting lobby. I was so upset. I made following appointments for them, but I will not be coming back.

You know there's like a lot of stores here and a food court so I'm obviously not going to trash on the place. My favorite thing is that there's an entire HomeGoods store separate from the Tj Maxx. There's also an S to the UPER hot guy that works at the Target here. I smiled like a freaking idiot when he was helping my mom find some batteries. Target, come for the low-ish prices, stay to try and get some d1¢k

I am LIVID with this place. I wanted to give them a try based on their reviews here. I didn't feel they were all that friendly like everyone on here said. What they said about "not being rushed" was definitely true because no one seemed to be in a hurry to do anything. I also wasn't happy when I was choosing my frames because the girl was constantly trying to up sell me on extras my insurance didn't cover. I tried on a pair of frames that I couldn't make out the price on the tag. When she said they were $320 I said "um, NO. I'll choose a different pair." She proceeds to tell me "well your insurance
