Had a minor issue - hit a curb and flap under front fender came loose, was dragging. Was sort of in a tight spot, bc it was making a god-awful noise and I wasn't sure how safe it was to drive (seemed minor, but wasn't sure if there might be more than I could see?) and I wasn't particularly close to home. Picked the, bc they were the closest body shop that came up in Google maps, and I got lucky. Worked me in, very pleasant and professional, fixed me right up and sent me on my way. Took my vehicle here to get a dent fixed on my driver door. From the first interaction, to the last, staff was friendly, easy communication and great experience. After a week in the shop, my vehicle was finished and was shocked to pick it up all clean. They went above and beyond to clean the interior and exterior, from roof to the wheels. Highly recommend this shop.

This shop is Amazing, one of my friends had her car hit from the front and she ask if I could replace the front bumper. I ordered the front bumper from a Nissan dealer because I work at a dealer too and I had a discount. After receiving the front bumper from Nissan, all I needed was the front bumper paint match the vehicle. I asked around dealership like Heritage Toyota of Owings Mill and body shop around Catonsville. They all wanted me to install the bumper first so that they can give me an estimate. Which I think is crazy. I told him it was a brand new bumper and all I needed was to paint match

This was my first visit. I wanted to get an estimate on some work I wanted to get done. Chuck was awesome. He immediately came out, examined the issues, then provided his expertise to include suggestions and within 10-15 minutes he provided/ explained his quote. I will definitely be going back to get the work done.

What can I say? Had to bring it in for my bumper to be replaced and they did an excellent job!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Got a call to update me on my car. It wasn’t ready and that wasn’t a problem because I wasn’t expecting it that week anyway. Once I received my baby I was very happy. They also did a great paint job and detailed her inside and out. Thank you guys once again for an amazing job!! Will be my go to body shop forever!!!

I've taken a couple of my vehicles to AAB over the years and am always very satisfied with the customer experience. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff has always been friendly and polite. And the work this shop puts out is, (from my experiences) top grade.

Just picked up my truck today, having it repaired here after being hit in the rear by my next door neighbor. My experience with Arbutus Auto Body was superb from start to finish. Their work is beautiful, and I am very picky. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It's great to support a neighborhood shop, and these guys really exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first time dealing with an auto body shop. The staff here is super friendly. The service and work done on my vehicle is A+. They washed and detailed my car including the back seat and I will admit there was some water bottles and other small trash that had been chucked back there and they removed it all. Even got the empty water bottle tucked in my door. And they put all the loose change they found in the phone holder cubby. I would 100% recommend them to anybody.

I went to AAB for some insurance based work 2 years ago involving some minor frontal passenger side damage to my truck. 2 after the body work I noticed an internal rain leak which I believed was from the previous work. Turns out it was not from the insurance work but the owner educated me on the frontal drain system and fixed the minor problem/huge headache free of charge.

Arbutus Bodyshop was highly recommend to me as an honest business holding cookies and milk Christmas events around miniature train track set ups! However, once I took my Venza there, I was disappointed every step of the way. Having to wait for an appointment for 2 weeks did not phase me at all. It is pretty normal for a smaller place. However, my car was done in just 6 business days. After picking it up, I saw that the bumper had maybe one coat of paint. The left tail light was protruding about 1/4" above the body. Of course, I told the guy that this will not do. It took the shop another week

I had very minor work done- just sand and painting the rear quarter panel of my car. Great experience- friendly, efficient service and dealt quickly with the insurance company that was paying for the repair.
Big plus...they had my car for less than 48 hours and when I picked it up it was cleaner (inside and out) then in the 2 years I've owned it other than the day I drove it off the lot.

On a recent road trip a can came flying at my car breaking my windshield and damaging my hood so badly that it started rusting. I took it to Arbutus Auto Body to repair or replace the hood. They gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment.
The hood they initially found for my car turned out to be the wrong on one so they had to start the process of finding a suitable hood again. This caused a delay, but it worked out in my favor. Where do I start ? They didn't honor their estimate. After the car was almost completed they called and changed the estimate (bumped it up 35%). The paint doesn't match, there are blend spots that weren't buffed out, shake in the front end, the tires aren't balanced; somehow they disconnected the power mirror. The receptionist was just plain obnoxious (most of their employees I've dealt with are rude and seem to have a serious attitude problem). Took much longer than promised. Never again.

Head & shoulders above the rest; honest people, excellent workmanship, fair prices and outstanding customer service. At our last visit, Donna went out of her way to help us. She & a tech buffed out a side-swipe on our door. No charge! Other shops would have sold us on an expensive paint job. They are the best!

I decided to use this shop since its walking distance from my house and didn't appear to be a whole in the wall. It took 2 weeks to even get an appointment to get my car in. It didn't matter when I dropped my car off, they wouldn't be finished until the following Friday. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, with slight bumper damage from sliding on snow and tapping another car's rear. They estimated my pick up time on that Friday. I called on Wednesday to estimate what time I could pick my car up on Friday since I had to be out of town. They told me it wouldn't be

This place is terrible!!! Before coming here please know that I am not the only who has given this place a bad review. If you look on the Better Business Bureau website you will see two complaints about this place. My friend got her car fixed here as well too and it took them well over a month and over $6,000 in insurance money. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
