The eye region is the most important aesthetic area of the face. When eye contact is made, we immediately begin forming our first impressions. Judging someone to be tired, sad, angry, or pleasant is based on the area around the eyes. With aging, the upper eyelids may become droopy or heavy, giving patients a tired look that decreases the overall attractiveness of a person's eyes.
Earlobe repair is an in office procedure that is performed to remove excess skin and tissue. Dr. Mack uses a local anesthetic to perform this procedure in his South Tampa practice. This procedure is needed for aesthetic purposes due to a stretched earlobe from a piercing. Through many years of wearing earrings of different size and weight, the earlobe can become stretched out.

Dr. Mack is an incredible surgeon and physician. I am fortunate to have him near my South Tampa office for eyelid surgery and cosmetic procedures. Don’t hesitate to chose Dr Mack for “any” cosmetic surgery you not only choose to have done, but need to have done. Less than 2 months ago I had Upper Blepharoplasty performed by Dr. William Mack. I’ve had the privilege of working in Ophthalmology for over 25 years, so I had many options to choose from. I did my research and knew from the first visit with Dr. Mack that I made the best choice.

I would highly recommend Dr Mack! He was so professional and knowledgeable in helping my mother with a serious auto immune disease that affects her eyes & lashes. With Dr Mack's expertise he was also able to put us in touch with incredible doctors to address and help slow down this disease. I truly believe he helped save my mother's life. After almost three years and three consultations with various Doctors I felt as if Dr. Mack was the right one. At 46 years old I had severe bags under my eyes! I finally had lower eye blepharoplasty done and could not be happier. Dr. Mack and his team were thorough from day one, took their time at every appointment to answer any questions and go over details, the surgery went smooth, the recovery was a breeze, his follow-up was impressive, and the results are amazing/natural. Amazing group of people from the moment you are greeted and welcomed to the office. Dr. Mack is warm and makes you feel comfortable your first visit. His staff exudes the same caring attitude. My compliments to Dr. Mack and his staff. His expertise and skill are remarkable. I had a cyst growing in the corner of my right eye near the tear duct. Dr. Mack removed it and the result is amazing. You cannot see the surgical site. Friends can’t tell I had anything done. I highly recommend Dr. Mack.

had lesion removed by Dr. Mack. No caring about you. Iwas a bit nervous going in. His tech who was getting everything ready spoke little to no words to me while I was waiting in the procedure room. Felt very alone. Finally after 30 minutes he came in and started. Couldn't even give me a tissue to blot my tears produced after he gave me an injection. instead he said to THE TECHNICIAN that I was a squeezer. Well duh you just shot me in the eyelid with a needle which stings a tad bit. I felt objectified. Afterwards shown out to the brunette lady at the desk who couldn't even

I am nervous about doing any type of surgery, but I also wanted to be able to see without having to keep raising my forehead and brows which started giving me headaches and was straining to see. Dr. Mack and his team are wonderful, they talked me through the insurance and financial end, surgery did not hurt at all just a little uncomfortable but to be expected doing any type of surgery. My dermatologist referred me to this practice for a growth on my eyelid. Dr. Mack and his staff are very professional, friendly, and supportive. The office is a beautiful 1920s house, so I felt more comfortable and relaxed than at a typical medical office. Also, now that my eyelid has healed, you can't even see a scar. I am 52 years old and was really conscientious of my heavy upper eyelids. This is a hereditary trait but had gotten worse over the years. I consulted with Dr. Mack about undergoing an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and knew he was well-trained. He put me at ease from the initial consultation through the post-op visits. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. I look refreshed, which was my intended goal. Dr. Mack is a wonderful surgeon with excellent technique and a great bedside manner. Dr. Mack and his staff were excellent. The surgery went as planned. All my appointments ran on time without a lot of waiting. I even made a mistake and arrived two hours early one time. Dr. Mack is wonderful and a talented surgeon. I had my upper eyelids done and he is the best. I am so happy with results. There was no pain during or after procedure. He uses a wonderful anesthesiologist and his staff is excellent. Occumend pads and Arnica which he provided really minimize bruising and swelling. I really had no bruising, pain or bad after affects. I know several other clients who have had eyelids and facelifts done by Dr. Mack who are also very happy. His prices are reasonable for the talented award winning surgeon he is. You won't be disappointed.

My primary, Dr. Ina, referred me to Dr. William P. Mack, MD. It was right before summer and wasn't sure if I was ready to go through surgery. The first time I called, I spoke to one of the staff, she explained that I could come in for a consultation with Dr. Mack, to see if I was a candidate for upper eyelid surgery. Dr. Mack is definitely the best at his craft. I was referred to him by ophthalmologist to have my eyelids evaluated. I had the surgery done by Dr. Mack and the results were amazing, the recovery time was very quick and pain free. I would never go to another plastic surgeon but Dr. Mack. I am so happy I chose Dr. Mack to remove a mole I had under my eye. I was extremely nervous prior to this procedure, being that this mole was very close to my eye, and I was also scared of having an ugly scar on my face. The procedure took only about fifteen minutes and I am more than pleased with the outcome! Today is a month post-mole removal and I don't even have a scar under my eye! I have visited for facials with Marcia and cosmetics with Loralee. Marcia understood my goals were aggressive and offered a treatment that got me to my goals fast. She has a lot of knowledge on peels and walked me through the process before during and for after-care. The TCA peel that I did also came with a follow up "clean up" session to remove all the remaining debris and leave my skin in perfect condition.

Dr Mack is awesome. Great staff and quality over quantity.. I came to him after another eye surgeon (around the corner) totally messed up my eye from eye lid lifts., i was in bad shape. I had these masses in my lower lids that needed removal., he got me in very fast and helped me calm the damage down., a few days later he removed the masses. I am way better and hopefully when my eyes calm down he will fix my left eyelid that the other dr **itco left uneven. Thanks Dr Mack

Everyone is very professional and personable, from the receptionist when I called, to the office workers to the practitioners; Dr. Mack is extremely personable and friendly. After i made my first appointment I got a welcome email with general information about the practice. I also got a phone call and text reminder a couple days before the appointment.
