I took my car to AJ's for glass replacement as well as some additonal repairs needed due to a vandalisim. Their service was stellar; both during and after. They helped me getting a car through my insurance plus giving me a ride to the rental car! as well as being flexible with my pick up date once my car was ready due to my work schedule, which helped me a lot. When I walked up to worker I asked if they worked with body he said go up to the office and ask for Mat, I did when I spoke to Mat he immediately said let’s see what we can do and pushed my bumper back in place . It’s a temporary fix he advised me but he also didn’t charge me I’m 8 months pregnant he said go home and rest ! I really appreciated those words though my incident happened yesterday I was driving by dropping my daughter off at school I thought to ask thankfully he assisted me. He asked nothing in return so o leave this msg and thank them once more !

My family owned a shop for 45 years, I'm picky. Aj's is an amazing local business that puts the customer first, honest and kind. Hard to find these days. Mark, the owner, fought tirelessly for three months with State Farm to get a fair settlement and went above and beyond what he needed to. I highly recommend them!!!!

I had my Kia Hybrid fixed here a year ago and I forgot that I didn't leave a review for this place! My car had these ugly bumps and scratches from some crazy drivers in San Francisco so I went to AJ's Auto Clinic to get them fixed so my vehicle would look brand new. I was in desperate need of having my Prius repaired. I’m not from the area so I had no referrals. I found AJs on google and called them and spoke with Mark. He was really kind and walked me through different options. I was unsure of what to do because of the frustrating circumstances I was in and said I had to think about it. The next morning he followed up with me by calling me! I brought my car in and everyone working there was really nice including the mechanic. I highly recommend this auto shop. And if you are out of town like me, don’t hesitate to go to this place!

My car had some body damage at the front bumper and the right fender, and boy did their mechanics do a miracle job - without asking me to replace the parts like all the many other body shops that I went to.
On top of that, the quote I got was pretty much unbeatable for the Bay Area - I went to 6 other shops to shop for rates before AJ's. And Mark - their representative - provided just exceptional service and communication.
I was lucky to live just a few blocks away from their shop, but if you are in the Bay Area with a good car body damage, just go to AJ's.

Their price was not only the lowest, but also the only place that was able to give me an accurate estimate over the phone rather than have me do two trips for an estimate, and another trip back for the repair. So I chose this shop on the basis of affordable pricing and convenience.
After my initial phone call with a very kind woman, she booked a 1-hour appointment for me to get my car fixed a few days later and everything

I feel really lucky to have found this shop - I might be biased, because they're pretty close to where I live, but they've done a variety of repairs/maintenance for me over the last few months, and I couldn't be happier. Mark is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and clear about what needs to be done, and what can wait. The prices are reasonable, and I've never felt like they're trying to rip me off.

This place is a complete sham , my car was there damn near a year and they keep calling to inform me on something new that needs to be fixed . Everytime they call for me to pick up my car , they give me a bs excuse and push it back another week. I'm never going back and I'll be letting all of my friends, family and followers know about this business, don't let the 5 stars fool you , that's probably a lie too.

AJ's Auto Clinic is awesome! My car looks brand new! So fresh and so clean clean! My vehicle had been in an accident so I took my Jeep to AJ's! Mark & AJ took excellent care of me and my vehicle! Last year, someone side swiped me on the freeway, so I had to look for an auto shop that I could trust to not only do a good job with repairs, but also be trustworthy and honest. I feel like AJs delivered on both fronts. They helped me with getting a rental car and had my car looking like new.
