Employees are rude. I made appointment and they didn't even look at my vehicle. Than why make me drive my vehicle all the way from Gilroy???😡😡 In the passed you HAD great customer service but not anymore. Believe me I would NOT recommend your location to anyone. I took my vehicle elsewhere and YES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Your loss. My insurance is covering even more than I expected. Thanks to your employees!!!!

I bought a transit connect from the wonderful people at Greenwood ford. I drove all the way from the Bay Area and it was totally worth it. Don helped me out pick the car and fill out the financing app and even though I changed my mind last minute for another transit, he was totally cool about it and made it happen. John was also very nice throughout the signings of the contracts. Everybody at this dealership is very genuine and that’s something that can’t be said often about dealerships in general.
