If I could give 0 start, I would. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Honestly, this whole experience felt like one big joke on us. This is a poorly managed dealership with poorly trained employees who know NOTHING. There are so many Toyotas around the area - literally go to any other one. Be careful of these "great packages" - these are all things that should already be covered by warranty.
THEY WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CAR THAT WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE THAT THEY CONFIRMED WOULD BE AVAILABLE. We called before we made the trek out to make sure a 90 min drive would be worth it. Turns out - they don't keep

Nothing but a bunch of con artists at this dealership, Amber being the head of all of them. Be careful doing business here, they’ll run you dry. Better to go to a more honest dealership.

This was my worst car dealership experience.
We made an appointment at the dealership for a test drive. But when we arrived, we were pushed from one dealer to the other. And finally told they don't have any car available for the make we were looking for. This is after we had confirmed our appointment 1hr before coming to the dealership.

I used to think that dealership was the best but after the very poor detailing job done on my SUV, I was totally disappointed. I brought my car in for detailing and left it there for a whole day. I had to rent a car from them for the day. I got my car and it looked like it was only vacuumed and ran through a drive through car wash. I saw some spots on my leather seats and the door vinyl that were never touched. The car did not look derailed at all. Additionally, I hear a noise coming from the back seat like something is loose since that day I went to the store and bought supplies and detailed it

Worst service ever, very dishonest. Will never buy a car from them ever again. We took our 2020 Tacoma for service when we picked it up we noticed the brake discs were very old and rusted, we came back to talk to them but they got very defensive and said that was normal wear and tear. We asked them to show us a truck in their lot with the same issue they showed us a 10+ year old truck with approximately 20% of the rust ours did, ours being just 1 year old. They said they would call us back after they talk to the manager but they never did.

Do Not Purchase Tires at Gilroy Toyota!
When servicing my vehicle, I was offered the option of buying new tires. I asked if Gilroy Toyota provided lifetime rotation and flat repairs and the service writer responded "yes" and even spelled it out on the invoice. This tire service was important to me as my new tire purchases had included lifetime rotation and flat repair at no cost from the previous retailer. I experienced a flat and when I brought it to Gilroy Toyota; I was told the service department did not repair tires as there was no equipment. I asked if there was a recommended tire

Shout out to the Gilroy Toyota team! Best dealership in Nor Cal.
I went to 3+ other dealerships where the sales people were like vultures or were not friendly/helpful at all. Angel Ortega was super enthusiastic, helpful and empathetic. He worked with me through the whole process on buying my first new truck and first Toyota! Gerardo over in FI got me in/out quickly. Easily the best experience I've had and I wouldn't hesitate that I highly recommend Gilroy Toyota. Thanks again Angel - well worth the 2 hour drive!!

Purchased my car back in august . Long story short sales man ran my credit claiming it was a soft inquiry . Lies he hit a hard inquiry after I express my concern that I did not want my credit ran until I was 100 percent sure I was going to purchase a car . This left me with no choice but to just purchase car or have numerous inquiries on credit. Fast forward I was told I would have a year of free oil changes a lie again , bring my car to be serviced and of course the lady says that's just a strategy they use to sell you the car but actually it's 2 oil changes and 3 service in the first

This Toyota Service center is the worse I have been to. It needs a complete overhaul or something. The staffs are rude and tired.

Brought my 2020 RAV4 for the gas tank repair/ recall in the morning. After almost a full day at the service center, the service agent called to inform that they performed the procedure incorrectly as per Toyota recall/ repair instruction, hence the are unable to make any corrections. They said I have to make another appointment for the same procedure again. Wasted the entire day.

What a joke. DO NOT GO THERE. THESE JOKERS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

Horrible service, my dad and I were here yesterday to get our car serviced, 30 minutes after we left the dealership our TIRE flew off of our car causing us to get into an accident that could've killed us. Also keep in mind this was a brand new car too, so this is VERY UPSETTING. Whoever worked on my dads car HALF FASTED the job and almost ended up getting us killed. Had the worst expieriene with marcus! Have bought multiple cars from this dealership with great service before and today marcus had the most attitude and sarcasm in all of his responses to my questions. Couldnt even enjoy looking at all the cars without him badgering us then being rude when we'd answer his questions, so he cost you guys the sale today! I just caught this service department attempting to fraudulently falsify tire damage. I brought my 2011 Camry in for routine service (oil change, battery service, check tire indicator light). They charged me $146.00 to diagnose a flat tire. The tire was supposed to be under the road hazard warranty, as I bought the tires at Toyota. They called at the end of the day to tell me all of this, leaving me without transportation. They said that they had filled a claim on my behalf and as a result, I would get $41.00 towards a new $250.00 tire! However, they would have to keep the car over night due
