I highly recommend V's to anyone who wants to keep their mani & pedi fresh! I regularly go here and never leave dissatisfied! Always receive compliments on my nails! I prefer the dip powder it lasts 3 weeks even with me being a nurse and washing my hands hundreds of times each shift!
Their pedicures are so relaxing as well I fall asleep each time! 10/10 recommend Vs and ask for Nina for your manicure! However calling ahead for appointments is highly recommend!

On June 8 I went to get my nails done for the first time at V’s nails. I was super excited because I had heard great things about the company. Until on June 12 I took a look at my full set and saw that they looked like they needed a refill. So I called them to let them know about how the nails looked. One person told me to come in and the owner would fix the problem. I don’t have a car so I Uber there spending extra money to there just for the owner to tell me that my nails just grow fast. There is no way in hell my nails grow that fast. I’ll never ever return.

I went here on recommendation. I went a total of three times. My first experience was lovely and my nails came out perfect. The second and third experience were horrible. The last two times I went I spent a total of three hours in there each time. My nails were crooked and my paint chipped the next day. Ig they were only good that one time because they weren't busy but if they're busy you might as well go somewhere else because they'll skip you and claim they forgot you were waiting.

I've been going to this place for over a year and I've only had a few okay experiences, other than that they were terrible. Not only do my nails not look like what I wanted, it took forever and they peel off after a few days. They work on different people at the same time and leave you waiting forever. This place sucks. Other nail salons in town can do so much better, save your money on this crappy place.

Young dude that works there cut my skin and it's deep and hurts. When it was bleeding, they put a chemical on it which made it worse. I wash my hands it burns this is worse than ever. Plus I got dip nails and it's already falling off. Got it three days ago and that has never happened to me because they stay on for weeks. Hope my nails won't get worse for that deep cut or there will be some issues. Like if you want to see photos....

So I have been coming here for over a year now and today (it's late on a Saturday) I decided to call and ask if they had a wait and if they could take me and he responded that they had no wait and that they could take me. I walk in and have already waited 30 minutes and four people walk in and they take them ahead of me. I'm extremely disappointed from my experience today.

This was my VERY FIRST TIME going here. I met & talked with a Lady that said this place was great & how clean & Safe & Spaced out this place was, well she was right about the spacing & cleanness of the place. They tell u to Sanitize your hands while waiting, but they are busy so they can't monitor who Sanitize & who don't. Why I say this is because I NOTICED A FEW PEOPLE THAT DID'NT SANITIZE before being SEATED, while I was waiting to get SERVICE! So all I can say is USE CAUTION, AS I DID( I SANITIZED BEFORE GOING IN , with theirs at the door & AFTER

Let me start by saying I would NEVER post a negative review to this extent if it wasn't truly egregious. So while I'm getting my nails done this afternoon, the lady doing my nails cut me while she was filing them. It stung, but I figured it wasn't a big cut since she didn't even seem to notice. So she puts her file away and continues to do my nails, using other tools they re-use for multiple clients. I am VISIBLY bleeding on the side of my nail bed at this point. Update 6/22: The owner contacted me about all of these concerns and stated how the technician was in violation of their COVID policies and health practices and refunded me. Understandably, payment and service practices have evolved during this unforeseen time and there was a lag in updating the customers and all employees on these issues. In addition, the owner was able to find the chrome polish they had that they chose not to use due to longevity issues. Hopefully all technicians are now updated on the standard of care now. I appreciated the owner reaching out as he did, but it felt excessive

Went in for a pedicure and fullset. The older gentleman that did my pedicure was so rough. Two of my toes were bleeding. Now that it's the next day, my toes and one of my fingernails are raw from the rough filing and drilling. My nails came out really nice. If only the pedicure didn't leave me with open wounds, I would have definitely went back.

Everything is very unsanitary. Nail files had clearly been used before and never been cleaned. I doubt the other tools used for my mani pedi were ever sanitized because they're put in a bottom drawer so you can't really see where they're coming from. During my pedicure the tools were used on me and then put back in the drawer. The same tools were then pulled out and used on the man next to me. Yuck. I'm sure breaks so many health codes. The "clean" towels they laid on the foot rest for my pedicure were clearly dirty. Had multiple colors of nail polish wiped on it.

They were extremely busy when my friends and I came in. They got us in and out in under and hour and a half though (we each got gel pedicure and dip manicure) so super fast service! Our nails came out looking AMAZING!!!
