I’ve been coming here since moving to Louisiana back in 2019. Over the last few years I’ve noticed the quality going down hill. On top of being in the building while they were written up for the majority of their staff not being licensed, the last three pedicures I’ve had there have resulted in bacterial infections on my big toes. A friend that also goes to sun nails because of my recommendation is also having the same problem. Needless to say I will be switching salons as will she.

I was recommended to this place by a family member. The service was great, I was in and out but the quality of the service wasn’t so great. I received a full set and my nails the next day you could see the glue under the acrylic and they were lifting. I could literally pop the nails off as if they were press ons. It looked very cheap to say I hadn’t had them on for a week yet.

A bit understaffed due to pandemic maybe. Had to turn away a few customers or ask them to come back a few hours later. I couldn't get my eyebrows done because there was noone there to do them. Everyone was friendly. I received a full set and Pedicure. They came out as expected. I didn't get knicked twice. Once on toe once on finger.

I called before I made the half hour drive there to make sure I could be seen. I asked for an available appointment, and they told me I could be seen in 30 minutes. Perfect! When I arrived, 20 minutes after my appointment time, they were packed. I was then told I would need to wait 40 more minutes. I should have been informed it was first come, first served, and not told I had an appointment in 30 minutes. Very unprofessional, and a waste of time.
