This is a updated review. I thought I had finally found a great nail salon and was excited.. even recommending it to my sister. The first two times Hannah did my nails it was nice but pricey. When the other lady does then they always fall off the next day or are crooked. Hannah is the best in the salon but she often files to close to the cuticle and it bleeds and she doesn’t seem to care. Until you state what she clearly sees. They are so excited when you come and leave because they are getting their money but the service is not up to par. Now I have to search for another nail salon or just buy

First visit they did an ok job on replacing my acrylic nails, a little messy but the nails themselves were strong if a bit crooked. Brought my mother in to get a regular manicure. They charged her for a spa manicure. So we pointed out that she did not receive any kind of hot towel treatment or massage. The manicurist claimed "oh we do it after the nails are dry, we do it different here." This was after I watched her give hot towel treatment and massage to another client during her manicure. Then she brought some lotion over to the drying station and gave my mother a quick massage, no hot towels

My friend and I went here three days ago to get our nails done. They said that the nail polish should last about 1 week. It’s been only three days and it has already started to peel away. Considering how much it cost and how rushed they were when they put on my nail polish, I will never go back here again.

This location has COVID precautions in place, which is great. I walked in about an hour before closing without an appointment. The ladies were all very courteous and accommodating. I got a pedicure. The pedicure was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. I also got a full set of acrylic gel nails. I showed one of the ladies a picture of the nails I wanted, and she recreated them perfectly down to the diamonds! I’ll definitely be back. They also do online appointments or you can call and make one.

I’ve been a customer of Diamond Nails for over 2 years. I was so happy when Mrs. Hannah took over the shop. Finally someone who does my nails great, eyebrows, etc. I actually was going their prior to Hannah coming there. But, lately I have not been pleased with the service neither the quality. And this is unfortunate because I spend well over $100 every-time I go. For Mother’s Day weekend I scheduled an appointment, the services I received was rushed and not clean nor neat. This was my first time trying Diamond Nails. I was looking for somewhere new to go to get a pedicure and get my nails done and saw the reviews for this place. It definitely lived up to the reviews. We arrived on time to our appointment and didn't have to wait much at all to get started. The staff was professional and efficient to make sure everyone was getting served in a timely manner. I will definitely go here again.
