The founders of 208.properties have the same appreciation and respect for home ownership and renting, even though they came from different backgrounds. The 208.Properties crew has been amazing from start to finish. For starters, unlike some property managers, they don’t charge application fees unless you are actually being considered for a property. Their onboarding and move in process was really efficient and allowed ample time to document the conditions on move in. They have a nice online interface and app that have made paying rent and sending requests simple. Most importantly, they are extremely responsive to requests and everyone has been so kind and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to rent from them or have them manage

I have been living in a house rented for almost two years. I used to think that they were pretty good. Than I signed a new lease and they want to charge a $20,00 fee to report a good credit standing in my credit report. I have already had an app that did that for free. They say it mandatory for me to pay them the extra monies on top of my rent. seam like they are just lining there pocket with my money.

Did not have a good experience with moving out. They lost our move out paperwork and gave back less then half the security deposit. During move in they did not have the house cleaned but charged us for cleaning for the next resident when we didn’t have cleaning when we moved in. I would recommend to not come to this place. Not worth your time. Trust me. Out of $1,850 they charged $800 for NORMAL cleaning.. so just be AWARE.. your security deposit will NOT come back. They take advantage of that part, but if you’re fine with not getting your security deposit back at move out then come here. Also

We’ve used quite a few property management companies before but we’ve honestly never felt so taken care of as we have with 208. Every person we’ve come into contact with (since the very beginning of the home search and application process to now as tenants) has been incredibly friendly and kind. They’re also extremely responsive. I really feel like we lucked out big time when we ended up renting one of their properties.

Watch these guys price is NOT everything. They won't answer questions relating to a very loose Property Management agreement that definitely favors them. Measure twice cut once if you're thinking about engaging them. Kevin Hawk didn't like my basic questions and subsequently refused to do business with me. Not a trustworthy experience.

We were short term renters from 208 properties while in the process of buying a home. They are very organized and have great systems in place for communication and repairs. A few issues arose upon our move out and we really appreciated their willingness to listen and find solutions in advocating for both the homeowner and tenant which can't always be easy. They are a hardworking and trustworthy management team and we would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Sold my house to an investor. This property management asked to go in the home...I made time for them to do so. In return without having any common decency to tell me the seller. They market the house for rent when it's not finalized closed. In doing this I have people lurking around the house with current tenants inside for the last two weeks of closing on the house.
Kevin Hoff told me he would take the ads down because of this and apologized and I appreciated it. Today (24 hours later) calls and state it's not going against any law and he will post with the address on there. So there
