Dr. Dave has been keeping our family current and operational for about three years now. By example - he upgraded our aging Vista-based Asus Gamer to Windows 7/10 - converted it to an SSD Primary / HDD Backup with Acronis Image - and as it enters its ninth year - it's still a powerhouse. He installed and operationalized our intranet - with two NAS drives - this accessibility and reliability have proven themselves over and over. Has fixed our home computer on two occasions a few years apart. Different problems. Came out to our home after dinner. He asked what was the best time for our family. Tried to fix it on site without success. Very polite. Explained what he was doing. Had to take the computer to his place of work to complete the repairs. Turn around time was just a few days. His charges are very reasonable. I am extremely happy with his work and will call upon in the future if needed.

Dave was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable as he helped me diagnose the issue with my stretched screen. He patiently walked me through the possibilities and determined I needed a new video card. When I asked about payment, he said the first 20 minutes on the phone were free and gave me the cost for the remaining 15 minutes we spoke. He is very reasonable and like I said, incredibly knowledgeable, nothing seemed to phase him.

I instead of bleeding me dry, the guy I spoke to was ver knowledgeable and helped me out by giving great advice on how to fix a complicated problem . He saved me a lot of stress and money. It is hard to find repair businesses that won't totally take advantage of you and this is one of the rare honest ones out there. They will get all of my future business!!!
