Services
Our pay-site offers online payment services so there is no need to write checks, lick stamps or find a mailbox. You may pay your rent online by check, credit card or electronically from your bank account. Make sure to use the property name of Century Property as your property name when setting up a new account.
Please remember that unless your lease states otherwise, you must give 30 days notice to vacate from the 1st day of the month. 1. I have agreed to the request below and am submitting my notice to vacate the premises. 2. I understand that by submitting this notice, I must vacate the premises and turn my keys in to Century Property Management by the date stated below.
If you are experiencing an emergency maintenance issue Gushing water, no heat when the temperatures are below 55 degrees, sewage backing up in the home, or no water. Please call our emergency maintenance line 316-263-8110 option 27. If you are experiencing a fire, health issues, or a break in please call 911.
Please remember you must give at least 30 days notice from the first day of the month before you vacate. Failure to do so will incur an additional months rental charge. Also, if you are breaking your lease there will be additional charges. Please contact our office for more information on this. Once you have cleaned the property and vacated you must turn your keys in to our office during normal business hours.

I have lived with Century for almost three years now. The property manager Christy is always pleasant to work with and Drake always took care of any issues I had promptly. Unfortunately my owner is selling our home we did have the opportunity to purchase but our home just does not have any room for growth if that situation would ever arise. Thank you!

We rented from Century for the past 3 years. 2 separate properties. I have to say, they did a wonderful job. Extremely quick in response in maintenance issues. Very helpful, kind, and professional office staff. We would have continued renting with them if we didn't find our dream home that we've purchased. Thank you to everyone in the office, your care and honest personalities made renting enjoyable and hassle free.

We just moved into our property, and we have nothing but a good experience with them so far. The building is beautiful and peaceful. However, we put in the maintenance request, and they were so quick to follow up. I was surprised how quickly they were able to fix everything given we are in the middle of COVID-19. 10/10 recommend. Would move-in again.

Let me start off with this. I understand that as a company they should have strict guidelines for applicants to ensure that their tenants are reliable and trustworthy. This company states that they have strict guidelines but they obviously do not know them.
I applied to two different properties, costing me $90 just in application fees and was denied. Fine I don’t care about that, but they did not tell me why I was denied, when I asked they simply said, “I’m not sure why you were denied, I was just told to give you the bad news”.
To even get that answer I had to call them multiple times

My fiancee and I were looking for a home in Wichita earlier this year and found a little apartment through Century Property Management. We love it! The staff were understanding of our situation and accommodated us very well. They were prompt in communicating with us and even went the second mile when I (unfortunately) got a little impatient with an employee. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to rent in Wichita.

I have been a tenant of this company for 3 years now. If I ever had any questions about my lease or maintenance needs I received professional and fast response. The online tenant portal is great to submit rent and maintenance requests. If I ever save enough to buy investment properties I would use their services so organized and the staff is fabulous.
