DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU!!! Gave them 10 days between me signing the lease and getting the keys to fix the property. Nothing was done. Doors missing, widows painted shut, bathroom fan not working, dishwasher not working, rusted nails and screws found all over inside and outside of the house, ac unit only cooling the living room of a 2 bedroom house. And to top it all off... THE PROPERTY WAS NEVER CLEANED PRIOR TO MOVE IN.

We've been living with them for 3 going on 4 years. Quick to reply to true emergencies like the basement full of water. Flexible with good tenants. We've been able to make perminant changes to the home (screws, carpeting, pet policy changed, etc. Good people. We loved our home so much that when it was reasonable we got the second half to our duplex and now have a 4 bed 2 bath 1600 sqft home with unfinished basement and screen in porch on top of it, for just $850 (2020). Great people.

The people who work here are entirely unprofessional and not flexible at all. the only time they worked with people on anything was during the time when there was a no eviction thing passed in Sedgwick County for COVID-19.
they do not update people on anything that's going on that may hinder their tenants from giving checks and/or rent renewals.
I DO NOT recommend this leasing/rental company to anybody.

This is the worst property management I have ever encountered. I tried to call and inquire about giving my 30 day notice to vacate. I was told they would call me. They never did. I went in to talk to them about it and I was told I still have to give a 30 day notice and now I am stuck paying another month of rent I cannot afford so it will be credited as an eviction. When I was crying about it the woman who was “helping” me just left. Legitimately left the building for the day and when she got outside I could hear her talking about me. Landlords to not put your properties with this company. Since the head person is no longer in charge it is going downhill---fast. I had a water leak in a vacant property and was not notified of it until 2 WEEKS after the fact-- only because they wanted to know who the insurance company was! Then they wanted the insurance check to be made out to THEM which the insurance company would not do. I told them not to take the bills for the water leak out of my monthly check but to send them to me so I could pay them out of the insurance check. They went ahead and took it out of the monthly check anyway
