Heartland Property Management was founded by Kris Wold to fill the growing need for a high service/affordable alternative to Property Management options in Wichita and the surrounding communities. Heartland Property Management strives to provide a "best-in-class" Management Service to homeowners who are looking to produce income from their homes through third party tenants while maintaining the value of the home.
Each unit is different and it is up to the home's owner to dictate whether smoking is allowed. It will be noted in the lease if smoking is allowed or not, but ask prior to signing. Anyone 18 years or older must have a background check which includes, credit, criminal and renter history. Yes, the lease allows for guests to stay overnight.

We found Kris in the middle of preparing for a big relocation. He is very easy to work with and it was obvious how experienced he is! Kris gave us peace of mind that our house would be in good hands, so that we could focus on getting our cross-country move completed.
Since then, the house has presented several challenges, but Kris' communication has been top notch, quick, and direct. He landed the best tenants a landlord could dream of, and thanks to the quick communication, we have been able to minimize the impacts to their living comforts.

I am a out of state home owner. I am very happy with Mr. Wold's response time and willingness to go the extra mile as needed. I had a couple bad experiences going it on my own and Heartland was recommended to me by a renter that chose not to sign with me at the time. Mr. Wold was able to find me a family that was a good fit for my home and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
