Absolutely AMAZING house in Frisco, CO (on Granite St). Stocked full with everything you could possibly want (with high quality cookware and utensils). Stayed with our family of 6 adults and 3 kids and it was perfect. The view from the top floor is spectacular, everything was clean and neat.

Great house for our group of 8, hot tub in great shape and wonderful mountain views. 3 Block walk into town and kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend working with Mary and renting here, we will be back!

This condo was very nice. Beautiful views. Easy walk to downtown. Appliances, furniture, finishes all very nice. The only only issue is the master bed is hard. Like sleeping on a board. But the guest bed turned out much better (yes I moved into guest bunk). But literally everything else was awesome. The Summit rental group responded quickly to every question. The only other thing is when we arrived and opened garage door, the door to inside condo was open and the heat was set at 57. But we raised it to 65 and it with the gas fireplace it heated up quick.

Beautiful condo in Frisco. Excellent location: easy walk to town, right on Summit Stage route to Copper Mountain. Also next to cross country ski and hiking trailheads. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and garage parking for two cars. I jumped on bus every day at 8:38 and was on lift at Copper by 9. Excellent!

I've stayed at lots of great ski resorts all around Colorado and Utah and I've got to say this is the best one yet. The condo is beautiful and decorated very appropriately for a mountainside home (meaning it's really nice but you can still walk in with your ski boots on). The best is the convenience. You can ski right up to the door and drop your gear off in the equipment room right in the lobby. Ski out, same thing - walk out the door about 20 feet, step in your skis and pole over to Quicksilver.
It’s also very close to Main Street. In fact once we arrived, we used the car once for the grocery

This rental place is amazing. They are so helpful when getting your rental. The home we rented was immaculate. It was big for 2 families. It was clean and fully stocked. It enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 families with an extra kitchen downstairs and 2 sets of washer and dryer. We arrived in town to check in and get the keys. The process was fast and easy. The property was close by and it was beautiful and so close to everything we needed. I would 10/10 recommend using them again. They don't require much when checking out.

Our stay at this property left us speechless!!! Pictures do it no justice. The check in was super easy and the drive to our property was breathtaking. Any small issues or questions we had were solved very quickly by a simple phone call. The hot tub and fire pit were easily accessible and quite a fun experience. This was our first real family vacation and everyone loved it. Kitchen had tons of dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, utensils, and every seasoning you could imagine. Perfect place to be during a snow storm, we cooked brunch, played games, and enjoyed the fireplaces. The master bedroom

It was absolutely the perfect place for our Christmas Vacation in Breckinridge! It was beautiful and was so well furnished! We hated to leave & return home!And it snowed while there!! Summit Mountain Rentals was so professional & helpful! Thanks so much & We will use them again!

We made last minute reservations in the fall. I wanted to confirm that the photos on the website were from the actual condo that we were renting and the office was very accommodating. We had a wonderful balcony view of a creek just a few yards down the hillside. The staff was always responsive and we would definitely rent form them again.

House was not clean and poor quality. Window treatments were gross and stained. Windows were very dirty and had not been cleaned. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. Washer and dryer made the house smell like wet dog. No air conditioning which we knew, but upstairs got extremely hot in the afternoon and evening. The light switches and outlets were very finicky and only worked when they wanted to. This specific house just needs some TLC. The view was amazing and the people working the desk at the rental office were friendly upon check in. Would not stay in this house again though.
