Orders placed before 12:00pm EST will be processed the same day. Orders for "in stock" items usually ship out within 1-2 business days. We offer FREE shipping on all orders via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery, subject location and availability). We offer USPS Priority Express Mail service (1-2 day delivery, subject to location and availability) - additional fees will apply at checkout.
If for any reason you need to return or exchange your item, we offer a 30 day full money refund or exchange policy on all items. Items must be in their original, like new condition, with no sign of alteration or wear, and must include any certificates, appraisals, boxes, or labels provided at the time of sale.

Bourghol Brothers was recommended to me to have a diamond necklace made almost 15 years ago. It’s amazing, and they were so pleasant to work with. Have been buying there snd getting jewelry repaired there ever since. Today I went to pick up a repair and walked out with a gorgeous diamond necklace! The chain was too short so they made me one that could be 17 or 18 inch. The diamonds are stunning! Charlie and Alex and all the staff are the best to work with. Can’t say enough about these jewelers.

Love Bourghol Brothers! Can't say enough good things about them. They are so nice and always try and help you find what you are looking for. They never rush you and they know what they are talking about. My husband and I got our wedding bands here as well as my engagement ring. We originally bought at Tiffany's but when a stone fell out within one month we decided to return and try BB.
Andrew is so well versed in the subject of gems and is very patient as we were there all day trying to decide between 2 rings! He also responded very quickly to answer all of our questions and corresponding with photos of what he had access to while I was out of town in Miami.

wanted to surprise my wife with a newer and larger engagement ring.
Alex was patient and understood my wife's apprehension. Alex showed
my wife many different styles, and also took the time to explain the difference between diamonds(color, size, clarity,etc). We settled on a beautiful ring with Sapphires and diamonds.
