Gentle yoga uses various yoga practices such as poses, contraction/relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques to help with a variety of health concerns. Yoga can supplement medical care and yoga can be helpful pre & post-surgery. Whether attending a group class or a private lesson, your individual needs will be addressed.
Yoga is not a one-size fits all practice. For it to benefit you, it must be tailored to be uniquely yours. That is what we'll do. After I listen to what you want and need, we will tailor make a practice for you.gently, and at your preferred pace.
