Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient healing practice that combines passive yoga stretches, meditation, palming, and thumbing along the body's energy lines (see meridians). Referred to as, "the lazy man's yoga, " these gentle stretches release tension, improving overall circulation and hydration of the body.
Imagine a yoga class customized to your unique needs and areas of tension, at the time of day that works best for your schedule. Private yoga sessions can deepen your practice, as you will receive hands on adjustments and individualized guidance on your alignment. Individualized yoga sessions a great way to learn proper alignment and safety in preparation for regular group classes, or to deepen their personal practice.
ExistKids is an after-school yoga program for students in 1st through 12th grade that encourages mindfulness through exploratory learning and yoga movement. We use experiential activities to foster healthy habits that promote physical and mental well-being.
A mindfulness practice helps young people improve social-emotional awareness, self-regulation, and cultivate inner peace, while a consistent yoga movement practice improves strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Jenna has created a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere in her Norwood location. The Yin/Thai Massage practice is delightfully unique! She incorporated the perfect balance of massage and time to settle into the yin asanas. I left feeling completely relaxed and grateful I made this lovely practice a priority today!!! 🙏🏻

I had never had a thai yoga massage and didn't really know what to expect. I was a little skeptical that it would do much more than feel good. Within a week I was booking monthly appointments and have been a regular client for about a year.
The Exist studio is really nice and makes you feel comfortable right away, with relaxing lights, soothing… music, and fragrant aromatherapy. Jenna spends time with you at the beginning to go over the areas and meridians you want to cover. She then massages and stretches those meridians in a way that feels amazing . A massage always leaves me feeling great
