Mint Yoga Studio was developed with a very simple idea - to create a warm and inviting space where you can explore and discover your own practice. Our goal is to provide you with an experience that will energize the body, refresh the mind and inspire the spirit - in a unique and beautiful space. There is no view of yoga that predominates at Mint Yoga Studio.

We offer a wide variety of yoga styles and include instructors from a diversity of teaching backgrounds. We believe this allows you to have the opportunity to study with different instructors and experiment with different teachings and methods to find what works for you and your practice.
Services
Hatha Yoga - This class explores safe, gentle, sun salutations and yoga postures that will help to align, strengthen and promote more flexibility in your body. Synchronizing your breath with movement, the class will include standing postures, twists, seated postures, forward folds, and hip opener poses that promote your body's physical and energetic balance!
Jackie Adams, licensed massage therapist, has had a fascination for the human body and its healing potential since her experience managing a health food store in the 1980s. Jackie began practicing massage therapy since graduating from the Self Health Institute of Medical Massage in Lebanon, Ohio 27 years ago.
Private lessons offer you the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns and goals - such as increasing flexibility, building strength, creating better alignment, building confidence for group classes, mastering specific poses, or creating a meditation practice (or all of the above!).

Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced practitioner, private sessions are a great opportunity to get individual attention and grow your practice from where you are.We have 30 ($50) and 60 ($80) minute sessions available; please email info@mintyogastudio.com to book your appointment!
Senior (60+), Health Professionals and Educators Monthly Unlimited - $80 per month for unlimited visits (automatic renewal, ID will be checked, upon 1st visit, to confirm eligibility). Not sure if you qualify? Email info@mintyogastudio.com to confirm. Senior (62+) & Veteran Drop In - $15, this pricing option has to be purchased in the studio, no pre-registration for classes, just show up with a valid ID to pay and practice.
A: While Yoga encompasses many different lifestyle aspects, what we concentrate on here at Mint is the physical aspect of Yoga sometimes referred to as Asana practice. We have different styles of movement/postures that range from gentle to powerful. Most of our classes will also include some Centering/Meditation and Svasana (rest) as well.

Mint Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes ranging from gentle to advanced. There is something for everyone! I go as much as my schedule allows, and that is not enough. Every class leaves me physically looser or stronger and mentally calmer.

I love this place. It is close to work and offered a great 1st month special so you can try as many classes as you want. There are lots of different classes at all times of day. I work different hours every day, so I'm glad I found a studio that can accommodate that. The staff is so friendly, and the teachers each have their own style. I'd highly recommend checking it out! Your first class is free!

One of the most beautiful studios I've been to. Great first class. I will be back. Very welcoming, peaceful and priced right. They have a nice assortment of mats, blocks, blankets and bolsters to borrow. If you're new to yoga definitely attend the Tuesday night classes.

My first time there was today for Bobby’s yoga lab and it was perfection!! We journeyed through the chakras and I really feel like we dipped into pure potentiality with his mantra chant at the end (his voice is amaze). Not to mention everyone there was so welcoming and nice! The studio has a warm community feel about it and is exactly what I’ve been looking for since I moved to the area. I can’t wait to start my journey here :)

This place is a beautiful studio with kind instructors. Yoga has allowed me to not only flex my body, but also my spirit. As a runner it has also allowed me replenish and restore myself when I've run too hard or too long. This place is a place of healing and renewal that I highly recommend!

I have been practicing at Mint since it opened it’s doors in Aug 2016. I can honestly say that I have never felt like I have taken the same class twice. The instructors are so creative and spontaneous, and they make each class feel fresh, new, and challenging at any level. I am so grateful for this beautiful space to practice!

Attended Annie's Yoga Lab tonight not knowing what to expect. It was AMAZING!!! If you need to unwind and destress, the singing bowls are the trick. Thank you Annie!!!!

Warm and welcoming staff! I’m new to practicing yoga and was initially intimidated joining a yoga studio. I never feel overcrowded in a class and always feel encouraged by the instructors. Glad I joined mint yoga rather than a chain yoga studio!

I absolutely love Mint. The studio is so calming and always clean. All of the teachers are welcoming and I love being able to go multiple times a week and have a totally different (but amazing) experience every time! Whether it's a sweaty workout or a more restorative practice, I always leave feeling thankful that I came.
