My case has been worked in diligently and professionally. My part of the case was settled quit easily, but my daughters did take a bit longer. I was kept updated and was completely satisfied with how it all turned out. Sabine has been wonderful on communication and patience. If ever needed in the future I would not hesitate to use Bernstein and Poisson again and would Love to work with Sabine, and Amber.

Amber King is amazing. I was so lost after my son had an accident and Amber was eager to help. The process has taken years, but she's been there the entire time for every phone call, random bill, or even just to check in and see how we are. If I can post 0 stars I would. I was in a car accident in 2015 and I had just turned 18 while I was in high school. It took 5 years to resolve the case - there were tons of factors of course but it shouldn't take this long. There was a situation where I had reached out and they said that they had contacted my father, who at the time accompanied me to sign papers. There was no reason for him to be contacted if I was the one who initially signed the contract. A year had gone by and no one reached out until I did. I believe the attorney had mentioned their follow up policy is every 45 days. I

Poor communication & lack proofreading skills before sending depositions out.
My attorney Brian Boyer hated to reply to my emails regarding my case. I contacted him to let him know about the mixture of pronouns "Mr & Ms" & the overload of misspellings contained in my demand letter, but no reply. It was sent to the plaintiffs and had to be recalled. After the recall, some errors were fixed, but they sent it back to the plaintiffs with misspellings "again!"
In addition, the day of my deposition, "after sticking me in a gross hotel for the night," Brian

I got rear ended at a yield sign off freeway exit on march 2020 ; I was injured but they took care of me and my case. Now, All bills are paid and everything is settled!

After a slip and fall, the medical bills were overwhelming. I contacted an attorney who didn't bother responding. My husband suggested I call Bernstein and Poisson.
There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for the attention given to my case. Yes, there were changes with attorneys handling my case but I took it upon myself to follow up monthly. It would be ideal to have an open and shut case which is settled sooner than later but in reality things do take time.
Attorney Amber King and her assistant Krizia kept me well informed and were extremely patient with all the questions

If I could give it 0 stars and just tell you run away I would.
Zero communication, you call for an update and they have not even started with what you asked for... and they do not even write notes on your calls... they seem quite confused on why you are calling. Horrible place no wonder why they cannot keep an attorney....

There should really be the option to give ZERO stars because that is what this place deserves!!
There is zero communication from them and when you do call to followup they scramble to come up with excuses as to why nothing that they were supposed to
do has been done yet! After much back and forth and over a year of wasted time, I have decided to take my case to a different law firm. Do not waste your time with this horrible place, go somewhere else!!!
The location of the office is also in a questionable part of town. Absolutely ridiculous and I will also be filing a complaint with the bar

I so wish I would've read the reviews prior to using this law firm... I've had an open case since July 2018 11 months for a car accident in which the other party was at fault.
My original attorney is no longer with the company and I was not informed of that, when I called to get an update I was transferred to someone that I had no knowledge of that was now "handling my case". Every communication I've had with this law firm has been ME calling which has only happened 3x in the last year! The bills have now gone to collections which they don't seem to care about at

DON'T...... JUST DON'T COME HERE! I chose to hire them because Mr. Bernstein frequents my work and has always been a very pleasant person. However, the experience I've had so far is absolutely horrible. ZERO communications from his associates, no follow ups, just a whole lot of nothing. Whenever I got a hold of someone, there's no news. It's plain and simple, I got rear ended at a red light, yet every time I called to ask if the other party has assumed fault, the answer has always been "they are still investigating". I am done. Should have fired them long ago
