Your expectations will be exceeded. Enjoy warm hospitality, prompt and courteous service, and state-of-the-art amenities at budget hotel prices. We even have Jacuzzi rooms! I have stayed here a couple of times and never have had any trouble. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are spacious, the living area is comfortable, and the kitchenette is exactly what you need while traveling.
I stayed here with my 11 month old daughter and our room was spacious enough for my toddler and all of her stuff. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Another good thing about this hotel is its location. It is within 2-7 miles from a number of shopping centers, a mall, and lots of restaurants.

Ok, where to start.
1) Needed a handicap accessible room, we told them this when we made reservation. We got third floor room, and no elevators in complex.
2) Because of girl friends sons asthma, needed a non smoking room. As we got to door, there is a chair with ashtray right outside of door. Ok, maybe someone came out to smoke. NOPE room REEKED of tobacco. Triggered GFs son asthma attack.
Now, after she made reservation. I looked on Google maps, and first thought was this was a converted apt complex. Our room, was last building, backed up to railroad tracks. As we walked from car, there was

Air condition did not work it was hot all night long thank God the window could open I had to use the freezer to try to help cool off this place I have asthma that place I would not wish that on my worst enemy remote didn't work to the TV holes in the wall furniture dirty as hell it look like a place where you go to die or you end up getting killed 😠😡🤬😤😓😥

I reserved one of the Jacuzzi suites for a bday getaway. 1. Although they did tell me the room allows Smoking, it reaked of weed. I was prepared for it so I brought febreeze, Lysol, candles. 2. The decor is outdated.
3. The refrigerator wouldn't get cool 4. No ice was available onsite. 5. The Jacuzzi tub, which is why I reserved the room, never got hot. I immediately went to fill the tub and after less than a quarter filled both faucets was cold. I addressed it with the front desk, she was not only aware that the hot tub had issues, they continue to rent it! Finally she came in to tamper with

This is a nice property however the concierge is only worried about collecting money and do you smoke or have pets when you check in. She didnt bother to tell us when check out time was and the deposit procedure. There are so many notes tacked on desk and we didnt read them...She should've told us we wont get deposit back if we not at front desk checking out exactly at 11 or before. Wouldn't stay here again and for the price it be given stained laundry and housekeeping coming at 830 in the morning is just unacceptable

Reserved a room for my boyfriend and he said he did not feel comfortable parking his work truck in the area and the rooms were not clean. He ended up leaving without asking for a refund since the front desk person told him once he signed for the room he would be obligated for atleast the first night stay no matter what. I think he should have left then. Apparently they have people change their minds often after seeing the room & neighborhood.
