If you're worried that your income and credit history will prevent you from buying a home, an FHA Loan may be just what you need.
Wondering just how much lower your payments will be on a 30-year fixed mortgage compared to a 15-year fixed? When you obtain a 30-year fixed rate loan to buy your home or refinance, you'll make monthly payments based on the interest rate and principal loan amount. Each monthly payment you make will pay down a portion of your loan balance, which includes interest and principal.
When you obtain a 15-year fixed rate loan to buy your home or refinance, you'll make monthly payments based on the interest rate and principal loan amount. Because the term of a 15-year mortgage is half that of a traditional 30-year fixed mortgage, you'll pay significantly less interest over the life of your loan.
Keep in mind that you'll have to pay for mortgage insurance if your down payment is less than 20% of your home's purchase price. When your Flex-Term fixed rate mortgage closes, you'll start making monthly payments based on the interest rate and the principal loan amount. As with a traditional 30 or 15-year fixed rate loan, each monthly payment will pay down a portion of your loan balance.
The VA Loan program offers a variety of flexible loan options including fixed rates on 30, 20, and 15-year terms. 5-year adjustable-rate and Jumbo VA loans are also available. Ability to refinance up to 100% of your primary home's value or buy your primary home with no money down. Option to easily refinance with reduced funding fees and flexible documentation requirements using a VA Streamlined Refinance.

Phil and his team at The Mortgage Hub helped me close today on my new home loan. If I could give six stars I would. I've gone through one other home purchase and refinancing it and both times it was such a headache but Phil and his team made it as stress free as could be. Phil was available any time I called, I had multiple questions and yet he was always happy to answer them and explain everything, and to top it off they offered amazing rates. Just when you think it is impossible, Salomon comes through and makes it happen for you! In today’s market it is really difficult to qualify for a home loan. High interest rates and red tape are usually huge road blocks. A creative and resourceful lender is what buyers need! After working with Salomon and his team (especially Kristy) I will be making all of my purchases with them and referring everyone to them! If you are working with this team consider yourself extremely lucky!
