You get what you pay for. Rent is cheap, it's close to campus, and that's about it. I will add that when I moved in this year, I was given a free 50-inch TV for signing early as well as a brand new AC unit. Bedrooms are nice, our kitchen is pretty crusty, and the apartment is cramped. I knew what I was signing up though and honestly, the maintenance staff and front desk is super nice so it's worth it to me. If you're on a budget, don't have a car, and don't mind the old interiors, it's a no brainer.

Although rent is cheap apartments haven't been updated in years. Rent should probably be cheaper at some locations considering the other extra bills. Management also facilitates fines behind your back. They also have no way of room assigning or bathrooms which makes it difficult to coordinate with roommates. Washers are broken half the time and one time the electricity didn't work in my apartment for a whole weekend and they did not deem this as an emergency?!? Overall very lazy and poor place to live that doesn't care about the lifestyle that students have to endure. Also all of these 5 star reviews

I 100% wish I would have rented elsewhere. I lived here last year and sadly renewed again for this year. The only nice thing about the apartment is the distance it is from campus. When I moved in there was still furniture in my room (an office chair, trash can, and pillow case) from whoever lived there before. When I moved in I had to pay a $275 redecoration fee which I'm assuming was just pocketed because the carpet was disgusting. I cleaned my carpet myself and the water was basically black. The exhaust fan in our bathroom was broken and they did eventually come fix it but when we asked about

I’ve had a wonderful experience with collegiate communities! Adjusting to college life can be stressful, but CC has helped make my college experience easier and enjoyable. The club house has definitely been one of my favorite perks; the study area is a quiet, productive place where I got most of my work done, and their beautiful gym always had me looking forward to my daily workout. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. If you ever have a question definitely ask for Riley— he’s helped me out a lot! As graduation approaches, I just wanted to share how thankful I am for CC, I highly

This is my third year living with Collegiate Communities on Marsteller St and I love it! All employees are super friendly and will help you with any questions or whatever you need. The maintenance crew is super nice and will fix anything within a short period of filing a request. The clubhouse has free printing, a coffee bar, a full-ish gym, different gaming things, and even free tanning. They also have giveaways and events in the clubhouse a few times a month! I highly recommend living with Collegiate Communities!!

Terrible, greedy company. Terrible house. The house was an absolute mess when we moved in. The bathroom door's doorknob was improperly installed so someone got locked in the bathroom and we had to pry them out. We had crickets in the basement, flies on the first floor, and hornets on the second floor. All of these took weeks to get partially fixed. We've had a broken window for two months despite being told it'd be fixed a month ago. When we toured, they acted like the house had full AC, but they neglected to tell us that only one window AC unit was theirs (rated to cool less than 1/4 of the house
