Pros:
-Great location
-gym was very nice for its size
-when parking worked as advertised it was very convenient and safe
Cons:
-In the 18 months I lived there my AC went out twice and my heat went out once
-the emergency maintenance line was almost useless. When I had to call them I waited 2 hours for a call back and then another 3 hours for them to get to my apartment, just to say “oh we can’t do that tonight you’ll have to deal with it until the morning” they left my apartment at 3 am and I had to be up at 5 am for work.
-the gate to make the parking lot secure was broken and stuck

Regency Place is a top-notch place to live! Before the new manager took over, I was really unsure about my decision to move here, but the management here at RS has been nothing but fantastic. When I had a maintenance issue, the maintenance person came by my apartment, checked the issue and didn’t have the tools he needed to repair the problem. He promised me he’d be by the next day to fix it, and he did.
If I have any type of issue or just walking by and say “hi”, they are always right there!
The apartments are so convenient to everything downtown. Many mornings, I walk the 2 blocks to
