Our current clinical staff has close to 60 years of combined experience in a wide variety of clinical specialties. Out-Patient Physical Therapy services are rendered to people that live at home or in assisted living facilities that are able to drive or get transportation to make their physical therapy appointments.

Services
We offer a wide variety of pain modalities and equipment such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin, moist heat, cryo-therapy, Game Ready cold compression system, low impact exercise equipment, Biodex balance system, computerized home exercise programs with picture and video illustrations for general exercise, stretching, Thera-band exs, and taping joint techniques.
For the first visit, you should bring your insurance card, list of medications, and any paperwork that you may have received from your primary care doctor. If you have any operative reports, MRI or X-ray results, you should bring those as well. We highly suggest you review the HIPAA laws prior to your visit.
We accept Medicare, Tricare and most PPO insurances. However, we suggest you call our facility and your insurance provider and inquire about your physical therapy benefits. One of our primary goals is to serve our community. We understand financial situations can be difficult and want to do our best to work with each individual regardless of personal finances.

I had a right knee replacement Dec.2 2020. The Doc cut a nerve. I had leg seizures, Very painful. Rick and his staff were very patient and diligent helping me work thru the rehab process. I had my left knee replaced Sept. 21,2021. There was no question I was going back to them again. At this date I have completed my second rehab with them. I can't say enough about them. I will miss them. They make you feel like family.

Rick and Jason provided me with great Physical Therapy services. I was new to Florida recovering from surgery and they figured out what I needed and helped me through recovery. They didn't just give me a bunch of exercises and send me home but became actively involved in my recovery. They used a variety of modalities all designed to recover full movement.
The office was pleasant with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend Ultimate Wellness.

I don’t know if there are enough words to describe the
gratitude I have toward the staff at Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy. I found this office by looking at other folks referral. I had been going to a chiropractor monthly to get my pelvis back in line. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, I knew it was time to do something different.
Rick and Jason have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Besides the excellent therapy I received at the office, I was also given different exercises to do at home to help improve my posture and exercises to strengthen the lower back.
Like a good studentðŸ˜

I have been treated at other P.T. facilities, but, Ultimate Wellness is by far the "Best". Beginning with the sweet and so professional Andreas' voice reminder of appointments to Rick, Sylvia and all other staff, I can't say enough of their professional help in so many ways. My back problems to my balance has so improved and has given me back my quality of life. What a wonderful group of caring and kind professionals. Life doesn't get much better when you have such quality medical care treating you as special as family as well .

My first visit i thought i was never going to feel better, the pain was excruciating. After the 1st visit i did feel better. From there on i felt better and better. My pain has disappeared and i feel better than i did before the sciatica was so inflamed. The exercises and the treatments (ultra sound, tens, massage and traction) helped so much and much faster than i thought would be possible. The office staff is so friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around and work with. Making appointments and rescedulating appointments was done with ease and efficiency. The staff at Ultimate Wellness are top notch. Rick & Jason are backed up by two of the nicest ladies I have met in a long time. They treat you like family and at the same time are very professional treating your ailment. If you follow their directions when they give you exercises to do at home, you will have a successful outcome. I have had a lot of physical therapy over the last 15 years at several different therapy centers in DeSoto and Charlotte counties; Ultimate Wellness is the best and most successful of all. This is my second experience with Ultimate Wellness. Two different issues and two great results. The staff is knowledgeable and very welcoming. After a few visits you feel like family. Andrea always has a smile as you walk through the door. Rick and Silvia know exactly what you need and are happy to help. Jason was thorough and supportive. With hydroculators, tens unit, massage and exercise he had me feeling my old self in no time. Today was my last day and, to be honest, I’m a little afraid to leave the support I had there but I know that if I should need them again they are only a phone call

I recently was treated for sacroiliac join pain at Ultimate Wellness Physical Therapy in Port Charlotte. I found the facility comfortable, amazingly well organized and clean considering the huge amount of therapeutic equipment available.
Andrea and Sylvia at the front desk were always very friendly and caring. They made me feel like family from the first day, even giving me a card and gift on my birthday!
